My Review of Central Ford:
I also went to southerford to buy an SUV. I had neg equity in my car and new that but they told me not to worry. they put us in an 2006 Eddie Bauer Expediation because it had the most incentives. We filled out and signed all the paperwork and drove your new SUV home. I call about 3 weeks later bacause they had not paid off my car yet just have them tell me that some paperwork was missing and to please come in to sign it. we did we got there and they told us that the paperwork was not approved for the whole loan and that they wanted us to basicallly payoff our car before they would give us the loan. when we asked why they had not called us sooner we were told that the just and not GOTTEN around to it and then we asked how we have a binding contract with them and they dont with is we were told the paperwork that we sign was just IN CASE we got approved so would not have to come back and as long as it was not signed by there loan officer that it was not a binding loan. They made so appologys for what happen just told us get a loan and pay off our car. they were of no help and were just out to get more money because when we said we did not to buy a vehical from them any more they were sing a differnt tune about what they could do for us. We left there and bought an SUV from another ford dealership. Dont go to souther ford they are very shady as well as unprofessional liars. BEWARE!

My Review of Central Ford:
This dealership oversees "Southern Ford" dealership in Pearland, which is the dealership that I visited.

The service was terrible. I was there at 5 as agreed. I was left to wait for 20 minutes before someone showed up to talk to me. They had me fill some "paperwork" and then went away.

15 minutes later, someone else comes to me and tries to intimidate me into buying an 06 Focus or Taurus because those two cars are "the one two cars I qualify for". (If you haven't figured it out, they're trying to clear out all the 2006's through intimidating their customers and their credit history).

These people had no interest whatsoever in what you wanted. They're just trying to clear out their 2006's with as much APR as possible (I was offered 17.9% APR!!)

DO NOT GO THERE!
