My Review of Cerritos Acura:
Dishonest salesman - would never, ever go back and will not recommend to anyone. The sales guy Victor called me at work to tell me to come down to the dealership before 7 pm because my car is available (my name was on a waiting list for a high demand vehicle at the time, paid $1,000 deposit by credit card to get on waiting list). Drove from downtown Los Angeles to Cerritos after work to get to the dealership. I got there at 6:50 pm but was told by another salesman someone got there before I did. Victor was already in his office negotiating with another party. Made me stood around to wait while he negotiates with the 'earlier' party. He promised me the car if I get there before 7 and now I am just being used to pressure the other buyer to buy the car, as the 'earlier' party looked at me several times while negotiating inside a room with glass windows/partitions - afraid that if they don't buy the car, someone else will. The 'earlier' party bought the car, of course, which means I rushed all the way there to be used as their little trick to make a sale, wasting my gas, my time to drive there AND stood around while they negotiate! He promised me a car if I got there before 7 pm, not a competition of who gets there first. If I knew I need to 'beat' another party to get there first, I would never even attempted to go there from Downtown LA during rush hour. I'd go to another dealership instead! I never directly dealt with a car salesman before and now I know what people meant when they say never to trust a car salesman. I would never, ever, go back to this dealership again to buy a car, nor recommend any of my friends to go...maybe my enemies. On second thoughts, not that either.

The salesmen are unprofessional.
They are condescending.
They do not stick to their word.
Even when I called ahead of time, they were not prepared when I arrived.
They pass you through five different salesmen.
Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

* taken advantage of
* filled out the same paper work several times over the course of a month
* did not know product detail
* does not honor promise(s)
* YES, full of excuses
* YES, once you pay you are ignored unless they have to contact you

Acura TSX CERTIFIED sold off the lot with a broken piece on the axle that resulted with the tire being misplaced and alignment problem. What made it worst, tech implied I caused the damage even though I only had the car for two weeks and had called prior to the service appt. to let them know the trouble I was expriencing. Honestly, the hassle I went through I wish I never purchased from Cerritos Acura.

My Review of Cerritos Acura:
Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Picked me up at the airport, patiently stood with me (4 hours) through the deciding on color and buying process. Everybody was friendly, polite and professional. No games, pressure or devious tactics, just straight forward and above board. I can't say enough good about these people, even the finnace guy was a pleasure to deal with. Too bad I can't say the same for most of the dealers in the SF bay area.

My Review of Cerritos Acura:
Had my NSX serviced there for alignment and 30k service. Looks like someone took it for joy ride, leaving scuff marks around the car. Lower left front spoiler scratched. Inside engine cover was ripped. Forgot to tighten few nuts inside the engine compartment. Complained to the manager but nothing was done. Not even an apology. Stay away!

Well informed. Knew product details. Instilled comfort level and showed a leadership attitude that stood in front of my concerns every step of the way. No surprises and everyone at this dealership was as professional as if I were in the Mayo Clinic. And the new RL is a dream to drive with zero defects. It doesn't get any better than this.
