My Review Of Cerritos Infiniti:
Our family has purchased previously owned vehicles from a company owned by family friends in the past, knowing we would be well taken care of, like family, and their vehicle(s) were properly vetted, only the best. We have many entirely trouble-free years with these cars.
On our way back from dropping off one of our cars to our daughter as a college graduation gift at the end of April, another daughter had her eye on a particular Infiniti she found through the internet on the lot at Cerritos Infiniti. Short a car, we stopped in on our way back home to take a look, and encountered quality people who surpassed our expectations from start to deal finish, and then beyond.
The beyond part is why I write this review. We were already sold on Infiniti vehicles, having enjoyed one since 2003, previously owned. Cerritos Infiniti's commitment to quality customer care calls for sharing the news that not only will you find very well priced previously owned vehicles in excellent condition, you will also be taken care of beyond the initial purchase. Minor cosmetic scratches on a splash guard that we noticed before purchasing were written up for repair like new. After taking the vehicle home that evening, we noticed the floor mats were wrong in the morning.
We called our salesman, Sam, and he surmised what we had: under the plastic neither of us realized the original mats had been swapped out to another car. Sam promised we would have the correct mats. Manager David Pelichowski authorized new mats and Ken Okimoto in Service made sure the color ordered matched. I was provided with the mats, and a complimentary vehicle while the splash guard was repaired.
Shortly thereafter, we noticed another minor cosmetic issue that Cerritos Infiniti agreed existed before purchase. Viewing a cell phone photo I sent by email, David Pelichowski authorized a check on it and then repair, and again provided a complimentary vehicle. Ken Okimoto once again smoothly guided my experience through service, with follow-up phone calls to make sure everything met our expectations.
The dealership had no obligation to us with that blemish on an otherwise beautifully maintained sports model, the deal had closed many days prior, and they already had our vehicle in to their body shop for cosmetic splash guard repair previously promised/written up pre-closing. Then one last matter came up to further convince us Cerritos Infiniti is in for the distance. After purchase, there was an issue with the second key/keyfob. David Pelichowski authorized another (expensive) as a courtesy.
Mr. Pelichowski, previously owned vehicles manager, along with Ken Okimoto in service, and Sam in sales, provided an entirely quality purchase experience that did not end at the door after close of sale (the finance department was also efficient as well as very effective in obtaining a low rate finance loan).
While we expect this kind of attention when doing business with family friends, Cerritos Infiniti's quality business ethic comes as a very pleasant surprise. We are compelled to spread the word.
