My Review of Cerritos Infiniti:
Having recently leased a G35 (albeit from another dealer-South Bay Infiniti) I went to Cerritos Infiniti to ask if they would install my front license bracket. The lady from the service dept. said that they would, but it would cost $50. I told the lady that I had planned to have my vehicle serviced at Cerritos Infiniti because it was closer to my home. I indicated to her that her position was rather short sighted and wasn't looking at the big picture. I had planned to give Cerritos Infiniti all of my service business, but she replied they have to pay the service techs and that was it. I immediately drove to Infiniti South Bay where my bracket was installed in two minutes (I swear) and for zip, nada. I now know where I'll be having my Infiniti serviced and I won't even mind the extra miles I have to drive.

My Review of Cerritos Infiniti:
Nice people. Responded promptly to e-mails. But the dealership requires a binding, pre-dispute arbitration agreement. This waives important consumer rights. Consumers need to fight back and stop doing business with such dealerships. I told them it was a deal breaker and moved on.

My Review of Cerritos Infiniti:
David Baker was an excellent salesman, but Greg Tutmiller(something like that) was awful. I dealt with David Baker one day and we looked at the Infiniti FX. He throughly educated me about the car and we test drove it. I went back the next day to evaluate the G35 coupe so that I could make a decision on what car to buy. Unfortunately David Baker wasn't in so Greg Tutmiller "offered" to assist. I typed "offered" because he didn't look too happy to help. He was not only rude, he also made several lies. Cerritos Infiniti did not have the exact car that I wanted so I asked Greg if he could do a fleet trade or order the car. He said that Cerritos Infiniti does not do trades and to order a car, I would need to put $5,000 down and Cerritos Infiniti would deposit my check before the car gets here. He then said that if I buy one of the cars that he has on the lot, he'll give me a good deal. I asked if I could test drive one of the cars so that I could compare, but he rejected my request. He said he'll let me test drive a car when I'm ready to buy. I've never been so insulted in my life. It's salespeople like Greg Tutmiller that creates the stereotype "car salesman are liars"

My Review of Cerritos Infiniti:
My wife and i recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. The Sales Rep. Sergio Duran was very honest and up front with us. This was no easy process for us being first time buyers. but at the end of it all. We walked away......I mean drove away with the car of our dreams for a great price and $$$$$ saved. If your looking for honest people with good qaulity customer service. Then Cerritos Infiniti should be your first on your dealership list.

My Review of Cerritos Infiniti:
I went in because my girlfriend wanted to test drive a G35. We weren't ready to buy that day but it's her dream car and she was saving up money for it. The salesman greeted us and accepted our request for a test drive without any bogus excuses to avoid helping us. We were pleased with our experience and will give them the opportunity to earn our business when we are ready to buy.
