One of the best car dealers we have ever worked with. They are the most responsive, caring and very attentive group from the salesperson on down (or up). They went so far as to come to our home with the car (since I work a lot of hours) and went over every detail for over an hour. They even looked at our trade while at the house. The purchase was easy right from the begining and we couldn't be more happy.

Very profession treatment performed in a way that made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable.Mr Robinson was always available in person or by telephone to answer questions before an after delivery.On day I received the vehicle Mr Robinson spent a considerable amount of time describing the operation of the vehicle's equipment and accessories and the operation of each.

My service visit was as quick, painless, and efficient as one could expect. When I brought the car in I was greeted quickly, then received my loaner car and out the door in less than 15 minutes. My car was ready the next day (24 hours later) and I brought the loaner back and picked it up and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. GREAT JOB !!! Awesome service !!!

I drove in the custom garage/repair center. I exited my s430 into an air conditioned environment. I was greated by my service representative Stephen and was introduced to my service tech, Neil. I was then given a mercedes loaner car until my vehicle was fixed a few days later. Everyone was excellent, friendly and made me want to return there in the future for service. Highly recommended.

Chambers Motorcars is simply the best car dealer I have ever worked with. The employees are unfailingly polite, helpful, and professional. Every aspect of the operation is impressive. The facility is spotless and very comfortable if you are waiting for your vehicle -- with refreshments and a work area with Internet access. The courtesy drivers and cars are pleasant and efficient and the process of renting a Mercedes for longer service jobs is fast and convenient. The service advisors are knowledgeable and remarkably diligent. Kim Trott, who I worked with recently, called me several times during the day to explain my service options, update the status of the work, and arrange for me to get a ride to pick up my car. I always feel like their most valuable customer even though I drive the least expensive Mercedes and I didn't even buy it from Chambers.

I was fortunate enough to work with Rob Tinkham to purchase my new car. Throughout the entire process, Rob was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, accessible. Rob was quick to provide his personal cell phone number, and I never waited more than 15 minutes for a return phone call -- even late at night or on the weekends. He was respectful and fair throughout the entire process, and there were never any surprises or hidden costs. With Rob, there is no hassle or games. When I picked up the car, Rob also took the time to review the owner's manual and show me everything in the car (which took nearly an hour given the advanced technology and outstanding features on the new E class). I was also impressed with how clean and polished the car was when I picked it up -- not a single streak on the glass or a missed water spot.

The decision to purchase my latest Mercedes from Chambers Motorcars was an easy one. I have worked with the outstanding service department at Chambers Motorcars for more than three years, and on every visit they serviced my car promptly and efficiently. Unlike many other dealerships I have worked with, I was surprised that Chambers actually tried to save me money -- many times offering less expensive repair options. I have always been able to get an appointment when it's convenient for me, and the service advisors take the time to explain -- up front -- what is wrong with the car, how to repair it, and how much it is going to cost. Chambers also goes out of their way to make servicing your vehicle as convenient as possible by offering a courtesy ride to work or a loaner vehicle.

I would highly recommend Chambers Motorcars, to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced, without reservation. It simply does not get any better than Chambers Motorcars.

My overall experience with Herb Chambers dealership specifically Steve Schepici the sales associate was very positive. Steve worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for at a tremendous price. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle through the Chambers family of dealership. I am truly impressed with the showroom, the quality of their cars at the dealership, and their willingness to look for the exact car that I wanted.

My Review of Chambers Motorcars:
I have been very impressed with the manner in which the Herb Chambers dealership in Somerville MA handles it's Customers when getting their vehicles serviced at Motorcars of Boston. It begins with driving up. The intake area is always ready for you as the door opens and the valet promptly greets you and leads you to your waiting SErvice Consultant. In the more recent visits I have worked with Stephen Lopes. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and quite considerate of your time. As you describe your maintenance or repair requirement he pain stakenly insures that the technician orders include all the relevant detail needed so that the problem or work is done right. I have not experienced a stop with the service consultant that lasted longer than 5-10 minutes before I am given my voucher for the loaner car at Enterprise, a 20 second walk across the Valet area. It does not get more convenient than that. The sales team at Enterprise is very professional, prompt, and they are committed to getting the Customer on his way as quickly as possible in clean, attractive, and well maintained vehicles. Very often I get to drive the latest Mercedes Benz models, a terrific way to expose Customers to the wonderful line of vehicles. It's great to step out of the SUV once in a while and climb into a sleek C300 for the day.
Back to Stephen. As I said, he has been my Service Consultant for the last few visits. He goes way above the norm in his efforts to keep you informed about your vehicle's progress. I had one issue that was a difficult diagnostic process. He made sure to stay in regular touch with me passing Technician questions about the issue real time so that they could make continual progress and stay focused on my vehicle until the issue was finally found and corrected the final time. Stephen is very focused on the Customer experience and you can see he takes his job and duties at Herb Chambers very seriously indeed.
No one likes to take there car for service. We are all so busy so much of the time. I will say however, the experience at Herb Chambers takes much of the usual hassle out of the experience as possible making each experience one that makes you want to tell others about it.

We brought our C320 in for annual service. It needed a couple of additional items serviced which would take some additional time, but we had a plane to catch. The Service Advisor, Kim, had the additional service completed within 15 minutes and we were on our way and made the flight. Great service!
