My Review of Chambers Motorcars:
I was planning to buy a BMW earlier this month, and went to Herb Chambers Motorcars for Mercedes sort of by accident. But, it was a totally different experience starting from the test drive to the people who received me! Steve Schepici was the wonderful sales person that made me change my mind! And I am happy with my decision so far!!

My Review of Chambers Motorcars:
I have been using Chambers Motors in Somerville for almost ten years. I always feel that I am getting excellent service from a crew that takes pride and great care with their work. From the greeter at the entrance to the service area, to the service advisor who expedites all aspects of my visit, to the service people (I have never met them), to the valet service--each aspect is a positive experience. I recommend Chambers in Somerville all the time. The trip from Plymouth is worth it!

I have bought many cars over the years (new and used) this is my first Mercedes, I am not rich nor poor I'm just an average working person. The first time I walked into the dealer Herb Chambers treated me like I was special to this day, the employees at this dealer were also very helpful especially the salesman who sold me the car he had answered all of my difficult financial questions. My conclusion... of all the car dealers I went through Herb chambers motor cars is the best I have experienced.

Always a great experience at Chambers Mercedes, the only one to entrust my classic '93 300 CE. Kim Trapp my service advisor is terrific! The dealership is always comfortable and clean and everyone is so friendly. And I love the free coffee and delicious apples.

One of the best car dealers we have ever worked with. They are the most responsive, caring and very attentive group from the salesperson on down (or up). They went so far as to come to our home with the car (since I work a lot of hours) and went over every detail for over an hour. They even looked at our trade while at the house. The purchase was easy right from the begining and we couldn't be more happy.

Very profession treatment performed in a way that made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable.Mr Robinson was always available in person or by telephone to answer questions before an after delivery.On day I received the vehicle Mr Robinson spent a considerable amount of time describing the operation of the vehicle's equipment and accessories and the operation of each.

My service visit was as quick, painless, and efficient as one could expect. When I brought the car in I was greeted quickly, then received my loaner car and out the door in less than 15 minutes. My car was ready the next day (24 hours later) and I brought the loaner back and picked it up and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. GREAT JOB !!! Awesome service !!!

My Review of Chambers Motorcars:
I drove in the custom garage/repair center. I exited my s430 into an air conditioned environment. I was greated by my service representative Stephen and was introduced to my service tech, Neil. I was then given a mercedes loaner car until my vehicle was fixed a few days later. Everyone was excellent, friendly and made me want to return there in the future for service. Highly recommended.

Chambers Motorcars is simply the best car dealer I have ever worked with. The employees are unfailingly polite, helpful, and professional. Every aspect of the operation is impressive. The facility is spotless and very comfortable if you are waiting for your vehicle -- with refreshments and a work area with Internet access. The courtesy drivers and cars are pleasant and efficient and the process of renting a Mercedes for longer service jobs is fast and convenient. The service advisors are knowledgeable and remarkably diligent. Kim Trott, who I worked with recently, called me several times during the day to explain my service options, update the status of the work, and arrange for me to get a ride to pick up my car. I always feel like their most valuable customer even though I drive the least expensive Mercedes and I didn't even buy it from Chambers.
