My Review of Chambers Motorcars:
I was fortunate enough to work with Rob Tinkham to purchase my new car. Throughout the entire process, Rob was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, accessible. Rob was quick to provide his personal cell phone number, and I never waited more than 15 minutes for a return phone call -- even late at night or on the weekends. He was respectful and fair throughout the entire process, and there were never any surprises or hidden costs. With Rob, there is no hassle or games. When I picked up the car, Rob also took the time to review the owner's manual and show me everything in the car (which took nearly an hour given the advanced technology and outstanding features on the new E class). I was also impressed with how clean and polished the car was when I picked it up -- not a single streak on the glass or a missed water spot.
The decision to purchase my latest Mercedes from Chambers Motorcars was an easy one. I have worked with the outstanding service department at Chambers Motorcars for more than three years, and on every visit they serviced my car promptly and efficiently. Unlike many other dealerships I have worked with, I was surprised that Chambers actually tried to save me money -- many times offering less expensive repair options. I have always been able to get an appointment when it's convenient for me, and the service advisors take the time to explain -- up front -- what is wrong with the car, how to repair it, and how much it is going to cost. Chambers also goes out of their way to make servicing your vehicle as convenient as possible by offering a courtesy ride to work or a loaner vehicle.
I would highly recommend Chambers Motorcars, to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced, without reservation. It simply does not get any better than Chambers Motorcars.
