My Review of Champion Audi:
I purchased an Audi from a used car dealer (big mistake). I then went to Champion to find out about service and puirchase an additional key. They programmed the new fob at no charge, ran down the vehicle history for me me, and were more than willing to schedule the last no charge service checkup (oil, lube, etc.) for me, even though the car had never seen their shop.

In addition, when informed that my schedule would not allow me to use them, they referred me to a dealer in the area I was headed to. Audi should be proud of these folks - a nice change from some dealers I have dealt with.

My Review of Champion Audi:
I went to Audi for a minor service. They took so long that they offered me a courtesy car wash. The result was all four of my hub caps being ruined by peeling paint. I asked how the car was washed, and was told by hand with soap and water. This was not the result of a 'soap and water hand wash'. I have had many car washes and have never seen this. Clearly a strong agent or pressure washer was used. Ofcourse they accepted no responsibility and nothing was done. If you like to keep the paint on your car during a car wash DO NOT get a car wash from Champion Porsche-Audi.

My Review of Champion Audi:
I've had my A8 in for service multiple times for the same 3 problems. The service writer knows the problems I'm coming in to get fixed. However, when I get there they never have the parts to fix the car causing me innumerous return visits. They talk a nice game but at the end of the day the car is not fixed. They then beg you to say nice things about them when the survey people call. What a joke. Champion Audi does not care as to whether the car is fixed or not. Audi is paying them for all the warranty claims so what does Champoin care?

The funny (sad?) thing is Champion is the best Audi dealer in South Florida. I will never buy another Audi again.
