My Review of Champion Chrysler Jeep:
This dealer tried to charge us for head gasket damage to our vehicle after they had worked on the cooling system. Head gaskets blew out after less than 30 miles of driving. Took the vehicle to another dealership and they found that Champion Chrysler had not replaced a vital part of cooling system after we told them we specifically wanted it checked out and we were given a check off list that said the system had been checked and everything was good after replacing the water pump and belts. Champion said they would need to charge us another $1000 for the repairs because &quot;these things just happen&quot;. <br><br>We should have stayed away from this place after the experience we had with the sales department when we purchased the vehicle from them two years prior. We sent a relative out there to look at a vehicle like ours a few days after we purchased ours and the salesman showed that relative all of our paperwork showing what we had paid for the vehicle. The relative came by and told me exactly, verbatim, what our paperwork said. We let this incident slide at the time, because we chalked it up to an incompetent sales associate but after the incident with the service department, it appears that they will do anything to make a dollar. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AS YOU CAN.
