My Review of Champion Lincoln Mercury Mazda:
I have been dealing with Champion Lincoln Mercury for over 12 years. During this period, I have purchased five new cars. I have found their service department professional, courteous and price competitive.

I am completely satisfied with their overall performance and strongly recommend them to potential buyers.

My Review of Champion Lincoln Mercury Mazda:
The only good thing about this dealership is the car itself we bought. I have taken my new car there for service four times, and there was something wrong with the service requested
all four events. The "salesforce" is even worse. Taking these service problems to the upper most management of the dealership, I was rewarded with an arrogant, pompous person who had a "look-down-upon-the-customer" perspective. This uppermost management person had an adamant attitude of responsibility denial, in that the dealership and service department did "everything they could". This dealership is no "champion". For it to become a "champion" the upper most levels of management have to realize that the needs of the customer have to be fulfilled. It's not just "the-customer-comes-first-blah-blah-blah"on their printed invoices...they REALLY have to DEMOSTRATE that the customer come's first by what they DO for the customer. Printed words on a service invoice mean nothing unless they are backed up by action. I now drive to another dealership to have my car serviced, even though it means driving more than 30 miles beyond Champion to have it done. I hope all dealerships are not like this one, and I am sorry I had to write this. I wish that I could have written something more positive. I also wish I had known about this web-site (www.dealerrater.com) before I spent my money at
that Champion dealership. "let the buyer beware"
