My Review of Chapman Acura:
The way car-buying should be. Before purchasing a 2010 Acura TL in December of 2009, I make the rounds of all the luxury dealerships in town. Nowhere else did I experience such a high level of service, or feel that the staff was so committed to making sure I was happy.
The entire experience was smooth, easy, and low-pressure. Making the deal was painless, and the paperwork process took minutes. The car was delivered sparkling clean, exactly as ordered, and my sales person really took the time to explain every feature I was interested in learning about before I drove off the lot.
I'm now an Acura (and Chapman) person for life.
