I bought a 1999 Porsche 986 from them. After getting the car home I noticed both two rear axles were leaking from the CV joints plus the trasmission gears were slipping. I asked them to fix the car as it was covered by a 3 month 3000 mile warranty that was part of the sale. They refused because it was not safety related. Ultimately they bought the car back from me but not without me go into the dealership yelling and screaming at them making a scene in front of customers to get what was owed to me! The family of Chapman dealerships are NOT ethical dealerships!! The sales team Lupita and Wesley lied through their teeth to sell me the car and Brandon S. "Service Manager" is a liar as well giving you nothing but lip service! Buyer beware of this dealership! More

I dealt with Jeff D, who was professional, got me a Lyft to and from the dealership, and found another issue with the vehicle, which was part hYBRID. Jeff's attention to detail helped fix the problems with the vehicle and did an excellent job getting the CRV back to me in a timely manner.
