My Review of Charapp:
I bought my first new vehicle at this dealership. The service department couldn’t fix a door panel that had a blemish from the factory caused by a poor installation technique of forcing the door panel on making the plastic stretch and become discolored. They misdiagnosed a 4WD problem, which would have made me lose use of the truck for a few days. They have customer service, but it is more of an annoyance because they call you every time you get service, and if you aren’t satisfied, nothing happens. My needs changed and I wasn’t happy at all with the vehicle so I decided to see what they would give me for it while I was visiting my parents. I had an offer from another dealer that they said they would try and match. I told Ryan that I had a cold and did not want to waste my time if he wasn’t going to be able to match the price. I get there and Darrel takes my truck for a ride and put on a good show like they were appraising it. The truck was in perfect condition, new brakes; good tread on the tires, and no scratches or damage. It was only about 10 months old. When Darrel gets back, Ryan doesn’t hardly talk to him, goes in the back somewhere while I talk to Darrel, and comes back to tell me he can’t match the other dealer’s offer. I feel bad for even buying a truck from them because it is a shame places like this are still in business. I hope at least one person reads this and avoids Charapp because they are not honest and strait forward with you. They also do not treat repeat customers well at all. Please avoid this dealership and shop around for your next vehicle purchase because buying from them if like paying someone to treat you bad.

I found the review after mine interesting because if someone comes to your house many times to fix the same problem and it is not fixed after every visit, you would not appreciate a customer service phone call after each visit, telling the customer service representative it was not corrected only to hear yet another apology. I do not understand who would love receiving these phone calls and repeating their concerns over and over while no corrective actions are being taken. That is like telling someone to stop hitting you with a blunt object, getting a phone call from the police to ask if they stopped, telling the police they are still hitting you, and having the police say “We are sorry and we will make a record of it.” I guess some people like to pay retail for their vehicles and do not pay attention to what is going on around them at the dealership.
