Pamela and I just wanted to drop you, Hugh and Charles a quick note to thank you for a great experience while purchasing our Mercedes. It took sometime and we appreciate your patience and enthusiasm in dealing with us during our multiple visits to the showroom over the last two years.

While shopping for our vehicle we encountered many different obstacles at many of the local dealerships. We were always impressed with the quality of inventory, knowledgeable staff and the one on one individual attention that CHARIOTS offered. This was by far my best car buying experience (new or previously owned). Charles was extremely engaging and followed up promptly throughout the process. He set the right expectation, and was a pleasure to work with. There was no haggling over price, and the car was just as advertised. Delivered in great condition. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to my friends and extended network.

My Review of Chariots of Palm Beach:
I worked with Charles on a purchase in early February and was extremely satisfied with all elements of the transaction. Although I arrived to the dealership only 15 minutes before their scheduled closing time on a Saturday afternoon, Charles made me feel welcome. In their main showroom a particular car caught my eye (white over porcelain MB CL63) and I asked for a test drive, knowing that this request might get turned down because not only was it well after closing but also at least 4 cars had to be moved in order to get the CL out of the garage. With no hesitation my request was granted and there was a flurry of activity in the garage as Charles and the GM Mike King moved the other cars out in order to get the CL to the parking lot and get the test drive underway. In truth I was sold on the car even prior to the test drive so when we returned to Chariots I wanted to start the paperwork immediately. The transaction was seamless, with the Mike also staying late to assist Charles with the documents. While working on the documents I realized that I had neglected to check the tire tread on the tires so I asked Charles to take a look for me - he saw that the rear tires would be due within ~3-4k miles for replacement and told me that he would go ahead and replace them for me as part of the sale. At this point the sun had already set and the tires had to be ordered so I drove home and stayed in touch with Charles about the tires' arrival and returned just a couple days ago to have them mounted (and was given the use of an office to get my own work done while we waited for their tire center to complete the installation).

Serkan ERAS
Purchased a used Porsche Cayenne S. The car is in exceptionally low mileage for the age and in immaculate condition. The negotiations had been smooth and no pressure or sales games.. The friendliness and honesty of Fred was second to none. I heard about Chariots of Palm Beach from a friend of mine, just by recommendation.. They are known for only dealing with exceptionally good condition cars and this is what i have experienced... I would recommend this dealer to my friends. See the cars, if you like it don't worry about the history of the car. You get what you are told.. They have a reputation of dealing with good cars only and it would have been a big mistake if they ever try to sell a lemon.

I BOUGHT THE FIRST MASERATI IN NOVEMBER 2009 AND WAS SO PLEASED WITH CHARIOTS SREVICE I BOUGHT THE SECOND ONE IN FEBRUARY 2010. I HAVE NEVER HAD AS GOOD A SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER DEALER IN THIS COUNTRY OR THE U.K., NEW OR USED.
THE TREATMENT MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN IMMPECABLE AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED CHARIOTS TO ALL MY FREINDS.MY NEXT CAR WILL BE PURCHASED THERE FOR SURE.

My Review of Chariots of Palm Beach:
My wife and I have purchased two cars from Chariots in the past four months, a Maserati and an Aston Martin. Our entire experience with them has been exceptional. We were given a fair value on the cars we traded, and believe we got our cars for very fair prices. They never nickled and dimed us. We asked to have the 2006 AM inspected prior to purchase. When after receiving the vehicle, a pre-existing problem was discovered, they repaired it at their expense. And even after purchasing the cars they have not forgotten about us. When I bring my cars down to Palm Beach for service, I drop the cars off at Chariots and Chariots provides me with a free loaner for the day. I have never received this level of service from any dealership. Charles Sharoubim, our sales assciate, was a pleasure to work with.

These guys are polished used car salesman. Unprofessional in their comments about other dealerships in the area, and even other sales people on their own staff..
We have purchased mutiple cars from them, however, we aren't going back. Their customer service is poor, and the vehicles we purchased were not what we were told. Every car we bought they claimed had a full inspection preformed and any defects were correct so the could sell "top notch" vehicles .... That's nonsense. After owning some of their cars I can say .... look somewhere else .... It's all a sales pitch.
