My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
I came in looking for a new truck, and was directed right to what I was looking for. There weren't any tricks or anything like I experienced with other dealers. Ashley made sure I was informed on everything about buying a new truck, answered all of my questions on a level higher than expected, and made my first car buying experience a perfect one. I was given a better deal here than anywhere else I had looked. I'm very thankful to have had such a wonderful sales associate to help out. Thanks!

My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
Our experience with Charles Barker Toyota was AWESOME!!!! We walked in with little hope that we would be able to get out of a lease we were in with another dealer, but by the next afternoon drove out in the car off the show room floor, with a lower payment. The customer service was spectacular. Jamal worked hard to bring everything together, Ashley was fun and very personable and Gina made it happen with the numbers. Thank you all so much, you have truley changed how I view the whole car buing experience.

My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
I recently purchased a vehicle from Charles Barker Toyota. I had the good fortune of working with Ms. Pauline Pittman. Pauline had been recommended to us by a friend who had had a good experience. I had not originally planned to purchase a Toyota and was still in the process of test driving other cars. Pauline was very professional and patient. She was not pushy in any way. She was actually at the dealership and available on 3 different occasions when we dropped in unannounced and she gave us her full attention. When we decided to buy the car (Toyota Avalon Ltd), she was able to work with us on a price we felt was more than fair which meant they ended up increasing what they would give us on our trade-in. We did not have to haggle. I would rate our overall experience as excellent.

My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
I bought a new 2011 Camry and I could not be more unhappy with Charles Barker. They added leather seat covers for an additional $2000 and there is a crack in the leather in the back seat that they wont fix even though I bought an additional warranty for the interior. After I had the car 6 months I find out the value of the car is no only 16,000-18,000 dollars! I paid almost $26,000!. They talk talk talk when you are buying the car. They keep you busy talking about the weather so you don't notice the details about how badly your getting screwed. The chic who talked to me about the additional warranties told me over and over how great they are and that they "cover everything" but it really wont cover anything! The finance guy talked small talk the whole time about how he use to live where Im from, and he knows someone who's a nurse in the ER, blah blah blah but never says "This is your percentage rate" or "This is what your paying for this car by the time you pay it off"
They are only interested in squeezing every last dime out of you that they can and not being fair or honest. They are the stereo typical used car dealers, and I plan to tell everyone I work with and everyone I meet, for as long as Im stuck with this car!

My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
After recieving offers for my trade-in and prices with other local dealerships Mis, Roberts provided me with the best offer with prices. Mis Roberts also maintained a complete respecfull attitude towards both myself and my father. She also made sure that i had several choices of vehicals to look through instead of pushing one in particular like many dealerships do.
The dealerships climate was also very pleasing, all employess would smile and ask how we were and displayed friendlyness through the long process of the required paper work.
I have bought several cars in many states for my self or others and this one in particullar has been the most pleasing to me.

Very knowledgable and friendly salesperson. Process took a little too long. Price dickering over $500 not appreciated on a $50K vehicle. i would recommend Charles Barker Automotive to others.

My Review of Charles Barker Toyota:
We were willing to travel to save money on this veh. We were between this car and one in Richmond. I spoke w/the mangr Kurt the night before the sale and I asked him if the car had roof racks and car mats in it he said "i'm throwing those in" I said well with you throwing them in and Mechanicsville Toyota charging us $200 we are still only $241 apart on price for his DEMO and their NEW cars. He agreed to take an aditional 500 off the price and we agreed to buy the car. The next day we showed up for delivery and I saw the mats placed in the car were the cheap carpet mats and not what the manager had promised. I immediatly brought it to the attention of my salesman and 2 other assoc. and they kept saying they would find out. We are in the finance manager's office before we got any answer. They put the "All weather mats" in the 1st and 2nd rows....BUT THE MANAGER WAS ALL IN AND DREW THE LINE THERE.WE WERE TOLD HE COULD NOT INCLUDE THE CARGO MAT WHICH REALLY JUST COMPLETES THE SET. I was furious and asked to see the manager, Kurt. He came in and told us the same...nothing I can do I have to draw the line somewhere, and I would rather not sell you the car than to have you this upset over a mat.........WHAT?????? I'm sure this seems trivial to many but I'm affraid it might be a sign of things to come from Charles Barker Toyota
