We were very satisfied with the help shown to us in selecting our new Toyota Camry. The saleman and the managers worked with us to stay within our budget. They were also very patient as we test drove several cars. We are very happy with our new car and certainly will think about Charles Toyota the next time we purchase a car.

My Review of Charles Toyota:
Excellent customer service. The salesman and the sales manager worked together as a team rather than playing ridiculous games. The went out of their way to me flexible, for example by offering to bring a car to me when I was tight on time. Every staff member was courteous and personable, from sales to management to finance and service.

My Review of Charles Toyota:
From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I was treated with the greatest customer service I have encountered at a dealership in a long time. Mike was very efficient, personable, and overall helpful in my purchase. Todd helped the sale go smoothly and for that I am very thankful. Nick in finance offered me many great options to protect my investment and to give me the best value for my buck. I will recommend Charles Toyota in the future and I will buy from them again myself.

The moment I arrived at Charles Toyota, I received the Red Carpet treatment. Michael Collins, my sales representative gave me a grand tour of the facility. Nick, the financial manager was also terrific. Both Mike and Nick are spectacularly well suited for their positions. I also had the pleasure and privilege of meeting, Mr. Harold Winslow III, General Manager at Charles Toyota who evinced a personal interest in my satisfaction. It was a most serene experience. I look forward to recommending Charles Toyota to my friends in Westerly, RI

Dealer hade dealership tag on window indicting all weather floor mats. While we were signing papers the salesman removed the sticker. no mats for me

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Michael Collins at Charles Toyota. We have purchased cars from Charles Toyota in the past which is why we went back to see them. We did visit other dealers, but Charles Toyota gave us the best price and help us stay within our budget. Micheal Collins was friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars that we were interested in purchasing. He provided us with the facts needed to help us make our decision easier. I will continue to return to Charles Toyota when we are in the need of a new car and I recommend the dealership and the sales representative, Michael Collins.

Great experience with Service Department as usual. Normal oil change, tire rotation & inspection. And, inspect loose sun visor on driver's side for warranty repair after obtaining part.

When I went to Charles Toyota, I was still undecided on whether or not to purchase a car. I met Reiko, and I automatically felt comfortable. He was very nice and I never felt like I was being pushed to buy. He was very informative and friendly. I would recommend Reiko to anyone that is considering buying a car. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience. He got me into the right car for me, Toyota Corolla. Overall postive experience, would recommend to friends, family...anyone

My Review of Charles Toyota:
After standard workday hours for the service department to be available is the best. Initial 5K service all paid by ToyotaCare. 45 minutes in and out. On-line appt. made, kept, and executed flawlessly. Done on my second Toyota I bought from this dealership over the last 3 years, they treat you like your family.
