My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
From the minute I drove up on the lot, the experience was a great one! I was greeted by Cory Boyd who was so nice and very helpful. I told him from the start that I was just looking to get some ideas on a car for my daughter for Christmas. My husband and I both drive Mercedes Benz and she has been hinting about wanting either a Mercedes SUV or a BMW SUV. Cory was so helpful in letting me take my time, look around, ask questions, and gather the information that I needed to take back and discuss with my husband. You can bet that I will be going back to see Cory as soon as we decide on which one to buy! He is a great asset to your company!

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
If you are looking for a quality preowned vehicle, look no where else. This place is clean and you can tell that they only deal with the high end trim levels for the model you please.
The entire experience was a pleasure. No hassle. No "wheeling and dealing". If you don't like to feel pressured into a purchase or get hustled, this is the place.
I first found the car I was looking for on the internet. I simply emailed my interest in the vehicle and had a quick response. The next day I visited, test drove, bought, and drove away within 90 minutes.
I did find a flaw on the bumper just prior to my purchase and the owner put in writing that he would fix it a my convenience. Later that week, they gave me a loaner car to use for two days while they fixed my bumper. It came out absolutely perfect. Where else can you expect that?
I'm extremely happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends, maybe a next car? Mason Blair, the sales manager, has gone out of his way for customer service. If you shop here you will not be disappointed and can expect only quality and service never seen to me before from a "used" car dealership.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
The rationale for choosing this dealership was obviously the car in question. From the aspect of a mileage distance, the car must be viewed via internet. Information on the Website and particularly the dealership's website must be accurate in order to provide specific details so the misunderstanding and shady dealings don't take place. Traveling a distance to the dealership isn't uncommon when you are looking for a specific year, make, and model of automobile. While meeting with the salesperson on this trip, the salesperson was insulting when he asked perfunctorily, "You came all the way from XXX to buy a car?" After a test drive and preliminary niceties, specific technical and ancillary questions were asked. The salesperson was asked about the tires on the vehicle after we noticed they were not new. The response was "Yes, it shows new tires; let me go ask about that." The salesperson came back with the sales manager and from there we were summarily tortured with "We're getting it ready for the auction, that's why we took the new tires off." and "You can't expect new tires with a price this low." Yes, I can expect that especially when the vehicle is advertised nationally (internet)at that price with pictures that show new tires. This may seem trivial, but when you are preparing to spend $25,000 on a vehicle you've come over 150 miles to see, then you can imagine the feeling when the condescending comments and breaches of decorum happened next. The facility was clean, the cars were clean, but the employees tried their darnedest to sell a car that was not what they advertised with misleading information on the Website and further convoluted the situation by "talking down" to a very serious buyer. I reviewed the dealership rating at this site, and having talked with the salesperson, I didn't get a bad feeling. That changed when he and the sales manager were pulling out all the "car-salesman stops" to get us to buy a product that was clearly not what was advertised. At this juncture the situation was out of control, we had been insulted over and over, and told things that were not the truth in any respect. We left insulted, disheartened, amazed that retailers try to get away with tricks like these. Do yourself a favor, give them and their advertising a going over before you go. Perhaps I just looked like a "chump" and would take anything shoved my way. Please be very careful of any dealings with them; you'll probably not have a good experience.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
This dealership salesman, Philip Coger, treated me with courtesy and efficiency.
He answered all questions that I had and seems to really be on the ball.
He did not waste my time with unnecessary sales "talk". And I appreciated that.

I would certainly recommend this dealship to anyone who wishes to buy an auto from a local dealer.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
I really appreciated the professionalism shown by Mr. McQueenie. The "one-price" dealing made it simple, and it was wonderful to buy a car without haggling for a price! Mr. McQueenie was very knowledgeable about each car I asked him about, which helped me to make my decision. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE, ESPECIALLY THE OWNER. THE MAIN REASON TO NOT BUY FROM THEM IS THAT THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST ABOUT THEIR VEHICLES. IT MAY SEEM THAT THE CARS ARE FINE, BUT THEY ARE NOT! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO ONE OF THE SURROUNDING REPUTABLE DEALERSHIPS AND YOU WILL FIND NICER CARS, BETTER SERVICE, AND MOST OF ALL, PEACE OF MIND.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
I have been purchasing all my vehicles from Charlotte Auto Collection as well as all my family. I visited autotrader.com and cars.com when i do my shopping and these guys always have the best prices so there is no point in haggling, unlike the guy below me thinks! This isnt some old little used car lot on the side of the street, these guys are hudge and bigger than most franchise dealerships. There cars are in perfect shape and pass a 145 pt certification. I just recently started doing service on all my vehicles there now that they opened up there service department. The prices for service are as good as the prices for their cars. Plus anyone that has purchased a car from them get 10% off service. Basically, if you want to buy a car from a dealer that will treat you right and get a great deal, this is the place your looking for!!!

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the cars at Charlotte Auto Collection. The Charlotte store is the headquarters for the company which also has a smaller store in Atlanta. They are in the process of adding a full-service maintenance and repair facility at this location and have a very impressive showroom and lot. I went specifically to look at a BMW 550 but an Infiniti M45 caught my eye. I ended up buying the M45 instead of the BMW.

Unlike the gentleman below, my salesman was very upfront with the fact that they are a "no-haggle" dealer. The price you see on the internet is the price you are going to pay. I purchased the 2007 Infiniti M45 below the KBB retail price. Before I bought the car, I went home and checked pricing on Cars.com for similar vehicles within 250 miles and confirmed the price being asked at Charlotte Auto Collection was very competitive.

I put a deposit on the vehicle and took delivery the next day. Mason Blair was the saleman and he had all the paperwork ready for me when I picked the car up. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Most dealers really push extras like extended warranties but I actually had to ask about an extended warranty. Mason explained the variety of plans they carry but did not push to make a sale. I ended up buying a plan through Infiniti that covers the car through 2014 or 100k miles.

Buying my Infiniti M45 from Charlotte Auro Collection was a very pleasant experience. The car I purchased is still under its original factory warranty so if I have any issues with it, I will take it to the local Infiniti dealer for servicing under warranty. CarMax and all the rest of these dealers are buying cars from the same pool of off-lease vehicles at auction. As long as you do your homework on pricing, make sure they still carry factory warranty, and have a clean CarFax, I don't see how you can go wrong.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
I recently inquired about a vehicle posted on Charlotte Auto Collection, after speaking with Bud Thomas (salesperson) he basically was not willing at all to work with me on any type of change in price. I am willing to understand that, but the way he spoke to me on the phone was with an annoyance in his voice and overall was extremely rude. It was if there dealership is high and mighty. He also accused me of not being able to read properly (info on there website). Well, I hope everyone reads this. I mean come on....your a freaking used car sales man for peak sake....the most down looked upon job in soceity. Overall, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. It was a terrible experieince. I have also heard this from other colleagues in the area with there experiences.

My Review of Charlotte Auto Collection:
I saw an ad for a 2003 Honda Accord that was in "excellent condition" and had a "169 point inpsection" done on it in October 2007. I decided to buy it. 2 days later it started making noises when braking. Since I live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership I didn't take it back to the dealership but to a repair shop becasue I didn't know if it was safe to drive. They found that the rotors where warped, the tires where dry rotted (which I couldn't see when I bought it becasue they were all shined up), and the top calliper bolt in the brakes was missing. The repair man said this could have caused an accident. I asked Charlotte Auto Collection to reimburse me for repairs, but thet refused. I took the case to small claims court and they didn't even show up to court. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me the entire bill. However, they still have not paid! I have currently filed a Writ of Execution to make them pay. Some customer service. All they cared about was the sale. Then afterwards they didn't care about me as a valued customer. I highly do not reccomend that you buy a car from this dealership. If you do make sure you get a complete inspection!
