My Review of Checkered Flag Toyota Scion:
I wanted to buy a new Toyota Tacoma four wheel dive truck, but I did not want to hear a bunch of bull crap from the sales man, and I did not want to leave feeling that I was taken advantage of when it came to the price I paid. Lawrence was up front with the price, answered all my questions, and made sure that all fasits of the deal went smoth and like clockwork. The total time I had to spend at the dealership, form start to finish (We driving off in my new truck) was less then three hours. I consider Lawrences performance OUTSTANDING. David P. Martin

This was by far, the easiest transaction with a dealership I have ever experienced. No pressure at all, and all Mike wanted to do was to jump through hoops for our business. We have purchased 6 Toyotas through various dealerships in the past 10 years, but this was new to us. We will never go anywhere else - unless Mike Yuan moves to a different dealership!! Way to go!

I started working with Michael almost a year before purchasing the truck and he was very helpful in making sure that I was comfortable with the truck I was looking at from the beginning. I went on deployment and even through limited to no connectivity with the states he still made sure that I was being taken care of. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

I had a great experience at Checkered Flag Toyota in Virginia Beach, VA. I got the car I wanted, and its so beautiful. I feel so safe in it. I'm glad that I was blessed to have gotten Michael Morales to show me it, and he also sold me the 2010 Camry. I'd also like to say thanks for Toyota in creating that beautiful color of green, Spruce Mica. Its gorgeous!!!
But, yes, I was very pleased with everything from how I was treated when I first came by - with courtesy and eagerness - up to when I was handed my keys and told thanks and good luck. Everyone was nice and friendly.

We have been customers of Checkered Flag for almost thirty years. From my Camry to my 4Runner and BMW and now our new Venza. Connie, Service Manager and Bonnie, Red Team Leader have always been responsive to our car needs. When in the market for a vehicle to replace my wife's Acura, I call Bonnie who refered me to Ray Aiden in sales. We spoke on the phone and arranged a meeting time. Ray is very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with while discussing the deal.

We could not be more pleased with our purchase and with our experience with Ray.

My Review of Checkered Flag Toyota Scion:
Linda and I are repeat checkered flag customers. In 1993 Linda purchased a new 93 porsche, she drives it today and checkered flag services it. We brought a highlander in 2006 and it was serviced by checkered flag ( Bonnie). Over the years we have been pleased with checkered flag's proven performance. The sales staff is great especially George Gunter, a man of high ethics. George says what he is going to do and you can count on him to perform. He represents the dealership very professionally and at the same time gives honest, straightforward answers to all questions. Linda and I can not praise Mr. Gunter enough. He is a professional and we truly believe george would be an asset to any organization. The service department has done the service work admirably. We work with a lady named Bonnie and she is the greatest. You tell Bonnie something is wrong with the car and not only does she write it, she gets down there and looks for herself. We feel especially happy to have Bonnie on our team. Overall, our feelings about checkered flag are its a dealership we are proud to be associated with and we would and do recommend it to our friends. The cleanliness and orderliness of the facility reflect a business managed by professionals serving customers with the utmost respect and dignity. THANK YOU AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
