My Review of Cherry Hill Audi:
The next day I called Nate and told him what
happened ,he seemed concerned over the phone and
re-assured me that , I would get the Jeep at the
price I was quoted. He said he would have to go
and check how the deal was made. After a few
calls back and forth he calls me back and says
$26,000 for everything. :o .. I knew right there
they didn’t want to sell me the jeep at all.
Since that incident I have received several phone
calls from the dealership saying "Hi”,"How you
Doing" “call me back “I told them to leave me
alone and to stop harassing me. I felt that this
was becoming comical to them. I became so irate
that I called the HEAD OFFICE several times to
reach / speak to Charles Foulke Sr. / Jr. Jane
(Charles Foulke Sr.secretary) gave my number to
everyone but the person she works for.
I received a call back from Jane telling me that
Charles Foulke Sr. was driving on the cell phone
and unable to call me and that I should speak to
her about my situation. I stated to her that I
knew she was being coached and that she works for
Charles Foulke and she should give him the
message to call me back, because I want to
complain about the employees that he has working
for him.
I then called several times to try to reach
Charles Foulke Sr. but everyone hides/covers and
won’t let me speak to him. At a desperate attempt
I left a message on Pat (office manager#) to
please relay this message to Mr.Charles Foulke .
The next phone call I received was Laura Ricollo
(Charles Foulke Lawyer) 856-914-2084 telling me
that I had a problem and should speak to her
regarding Cherry Hill. I told her “I want to
speak to Mr.Foulke directly and inform him how
his employees treat his customers" and if no one
can let him know. I will find another way to
reach him.

BTW- I saved every phone call with these people

The employees that work for Charles Foulke are
very greedy and they don’t care if the vehicle
leaves the lot!

My Review of Cherry Hill Audi:
This is the worst dealership in the US. They lie, their work is crap and dangerous, they are uncaring, they charged my credit card for $600 more than the agreed upon price, they didn't coordinate with the insurance adjuster as promised, complaints to their management fell on deaf ears and they are the reason I will never buy another Audi. I reported them to Audi who gave me the lame excuse that since they were an independent business there was nothing they could do. When I asked them where this disaster of a dealership would get Audi's if Audi stopped shipping them, I got no answer. This dealer is toxic!!! Stay away unless you want to be ripped off and abused.

My Review of Cherry Hill Audi:
As you can see I wrote the scathing review of this dealership which I standby fully. They were so bad I even wrote Audi about them (I'm currently on my forth Audi). Shortly after this experience I purchased a car from Riverside Audi - you can also see my review of them on this site. After my review appeared an overly gushing review of Cherry Hill Audi appeared - it didn't sound legit (common, what car dealer ever deserved 5 stars in every category) so I Googled the reviewer's name - Guess what I found...
"PICTURED: Amanda Hartung, General Sales Manager,
Cherry Hill Porsche"

This just proves how sleazy an outfit this is.
