To much jerking around the price is constantly changing even after you think you have a deal think again ..They ask what price you would like then comeback and say ok and then before you know it as soon as you say yes they come back and say CANT DO IT..iI wanted to purchase 2 cars from them walked out with nothing but wasted time......WILL NEVER GO BACK

Well first, when I went in there to buy my car, I was fresh out of bankruptcy and I was assured by my bankruptcy lawyer that this dealership was the only one that would be able to approve me. So, I had 1000 dollars for a down payment, and was hell bent upon NOT getting a Kia, but decided that I needed something so I went with a 2005 Spectra. It was ok for the first 2 months but then the transmission started to slip, and it was banging into gear really hard. I took it in for service and they test drove it for 6 miles and told me it was fine. So I took it home and the problem continued for another 2 months. So I took it in again, and this time they needed to keep the car. I was set up in a rental, but only after fighting and fighting for it. The Triplex had my car for 124 days, and during all this time it was told to me that I needed a new transmission. I thought it was INSANE that my car had 8,000 miles on it and needed a transmission, and it took 4 months to put that in. So I contacted a lawyer and started with the whole lemon law, and they took the rental from me before my settlement check came. They called me to pick up my car, because it was magically fixed, and when I got there today to pick it up, the two front tires were bald, had belts showing, and the front end was all out of alignment. I got pulled over after driving 2 miles off the lot, and was told that my tires were unsafe. I took the car back and refused to take it and they told me to contact KIA because it wasn't their problem anymore. I am so fed up with this dealership, they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction and I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. KIA's are peices of CRAP! And also to let you know the Lemon Law is bull also, you won't get a full refund, you won't get all your down payment back, and tax and tags, forget about it. I had to make my car payment while I was driving the rental, I even still have to make it even though I have no vehicle. I will NEVER recommend the triplex, or ever go back there again.

I knew most likely I would be turned down so I'm not upset about that. I'm upset about the way the salesman ( Kenny Roberts ) explained it. He told me they could possibly help me at another time but my score was too low and he didn't have time to help me when there another people waiting that could have better scores. He said it was the end of the month, he had quotas to fill, and they needed to turn over as many cars as possible.
Before I had my coat back on he shook my hand, walked away and moved on to the next customer and I'm just sitting there looking and feeling like a loser. He didn't even walk me to the door. I left around 4:15pm without a warm and fuzzy feeling to say the least.

THIS DEALEASHIP IS A GIANT, MAMMOTH, BEHEMOTH FRAUD!!!!! After our years in our 20's, being young, dumb and wrecking our credit, my husband and I were in need of a car and, after having a problem securing financing, I suggested we try the Triplex based on it's "89 and you'll be fine" promo. WHAT A JOOOOOKE!!!!!!!! They got us in there, showed us a cars, we chose one, then we went inside to set up the financing, etc. Well, they ask us how much down - we say, at the most, $500.00, and a monthly payment of $89.00 (LIKE THE BRAZEN TV COMMERCIAL SAYS!!!) Well, the guy comes back, though the tv ad says the first 89 or 100 ( it changes from week to week) people who call are GUARANTEED APPROVAL, and tells us because of our credit situation, we have to be willing to pay AT LEAST $500 A MONTH for a car! UNREAL! BUT, we were even willing to do that at an interest rate of OVER 20 percent!! Since we were in dire straits and our credit was poor and we figured on this being the case elsewhere, coupled with the fact that the ad said we'd DEFINITELY be approved,we said, okay...I mean, at least the car was new, so it would be worth it and not break down on us, right? Well, the salesman comes back and tells us because of our credit, he can't help us for such a small downpayment. He told us to come back with 3 or 4 THOUSAND dollars AT LEAST!, and they'd then be able to help us. If ANYONE want's to start a class action suit for false advertisement, LET ME KNOW and I WILL join it, because these people MUST be stopped! NOW, their ads say "Lie, lie, lie-of-the-week "ONCE WE MAKE A DEAL"...WHAT does THAT mean!?!?!?!? WE made a deal and THEY went back on it at the table. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX on ROUTE 70 in CHERR HILL NEW JERSEY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go to this dealership!!!!!! The salesman prey on the customers that they know they can rip off. and trust your instinct.....if it sounds too good to be true then at the triplex it is. i have seen this place sit with customers and have them sign all their paperwork and take their money and know that they are not gonna get approved by the bank. they will let you take the car home for the night thinking that its yours and the next day call you back because you "forgot to sign something" and then when you get there they will tell you that you were not approved and take your car back. I have also seen a lady trade in her vehicle and buy a new car that the triplex knew she would not be approved for. the next day they made her bring the car back and didnt give her her trade in back bc they said she signed the trade in paper work and the car belonged to them now!! i have seen them make people wait MONTHS!!!! to get their down payment money back on a vehicle that they were no longer approved for. if the triplex tells you your check is in the mail....DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! IT ISN"T!!! they say this to buy them time thinking you will stop calling and forget about your money so they can keep it. 99% of the time if you ask to speak with a manager you are not really speaking with one. they will either get sales people to act as them and tell them what to say, they will make rude and insulting remarks on the phone in a disguised voice and everyone will laugh at you on the other end. and his name is NOT MR. JORDAN.....HIS NAME IS JORDAN APELL. and he is a nobody in the triplex.....he will tell you that he is THE MAN and that hes in charge of this and that....he isnt.....hes a manager nothing more and 4 other guys in the place share the same responsibilities as him and even more than that are above him. the ONLY thing he is after by telling you that is too rip you off so it makes his store look good and he gets bonuses. and if you call to speak to someone do not let anyone tell you that they are with customers or they are too busy to speak to you or any other excuse bc the managers in them stores dont do a dang blasted thing and are NEVER too busy to answer the phone. they have caller id at that place and will not answer for you when they see your number. and the girls at the front are jus as bad in covering up for them so if you want something resolved go in face to face and talk to them....thats when they get scared. trust me when i tell you all this. this is from an inside source, how else would i know all this?????

yup! All of these negative comments are correct. The Cherry Hill Triplex is nothing but a snake pit. They're entire mission is to lure in people with marks against their credit, or no credit, and then get them into a car. What's wrong with that? Well, nothing, as long as you don't mind paying $42,000 for a Neon. And what do they say? "Hey we're helping you build your credit, if you don't like the interest rate, then get out, and take the bus back home, just like you came here." I've seen them do this. See, I used to work there, and my department was recently downsized, or not performing up to its mark, so I, along with 5 other people, were let go. I have nothing but the truth to say to anyone. I'm glad I no longer work there, it was terrible. As a matter of fact, for a long period of time, I worked in the call center, answering those 1-800 numbers on the radio and TV. If anyone would like to know the innerworkings of this dealership, if there is a lawsuit pending, I'll tell the truth. I know EXACTLY what goes on there. I bought a 2000 Dodge Stratus from Cherry Hill Mitsu. I never thought I would be buying a car anytime soon. My credit is so awful, I seriously won't say the number. However, Mr Jordan helped me out. I didnt care that the car was preowned I was glad to be able to buy something. My car had low mileage and power everything. Okay, so it doenst have a cd player but I have more cassettes anyway. Anyhow, I had no trade and only $500 saved up to used as a down-payment. I got my car! My payments are pretty good and my insurance payments are even lower. I've always been a Mopar girl and to get this Stratus was awesome. I'm thinking about trading it in after a few years for a brand new one as long as I can keep my payments in good standing and get a Stratus 3.0L. THANKS TRIPLEX!

THESE GUYS ARE LIARS, I CAME FROM DELAWARE AND I TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED A USED ECLIPSE AND THEY KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY A NEW ONE, NOW WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO PUT ME IN A CAR THAT I CANT AFFORD TALKING ABOUT 598.00 FOR AN 05, AND WOULDNT TAKE MY TRADE IN, MADE ME SIT IN THERE FOR 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING AND THEY ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD..THE ADVERTISEMENT IS A LIE AND THEY ARE LIARS THEY HYPE YOU ALL UP WHEN YOU TEST DRIVE THE CAR THEY ARE FULL OF SHIT

i bought my 04 jeep liberty from there and never again will i buy at this dealership. i had a service contract on the jeep for free oil change for there dealership and i was told and so was my roommate that came with me that we can get the oil change done in pa where i live since there was no way i would be able to get to jersey every other month to get the oil change done there. and they would give me the money after the oil change was done well year later i am still fighting with them. also for inspection on the truck i was told to get that done in pa and they would pay for it and of couse they are not.<br>IF YOU TELL SOMEONE THAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING AND THEN YOU DO NOT I FEEL THAT IS THE WORST KIND OF DEALERSHIP. THAT MEANS I CAN NOT TRUST ANYTHING YOU TELL ME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP OR TELL ANYONE TO BUY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. I AM SORRY I EVER WENT THERE. THEY ROB YA INSTEAD OF HELP YA.<br>MB

I recently visited the cherry hill triplex, and have had an horrible experience. They let me drive an used grand cherokee for the weekend to think over and I agreed to leave my trade in. On monday, I decided that I would like t keep my trade, and went there to get it back. They told me that I was not able to get it back because the gen. manager had to be there. The said he would be there tomorrow. The next day I went there again and after two hours of them trying toi get me to still by the car w/o my trade , they said I was unable to take my car back becasuse the gen. manager stepped out. Since then I have been trying to get a hold of someone so that I could get my trade back-They don't have the title so I don't know how this is allowed. No body will return my phone calls and when I call up there I get put on hold or disconnected. THE PLACE SUCKS!
