My Review of CherryHill Subaru/Jeep/KIA:
I knew most likely I would be turned down so I'm not upset about that. I'm upset about the way the salesman ( Kenny Roberts ) explained it. He told me they could possibly help me at another time but my score was too low and he didn't have time/want to help me when there another people waiting that could have better scores. He said it was the end of the month, he had quotas to fill, and they needed to turn over as many cars as possible. I'm sure its the truth but who wants to here that ???
Before I had my coat back on he shook my hand, walked away and moved on to the next customer and I'm just sitting there looking and feeling like a loser. He didn't even walk me to the door. I left around 4:15pm without a warm and fuzzy feeling to say the least.

My Review of CherryHill Subaru/Jeep/KIA:
On Thursday July 14, 2005, my husband and I went to the Cherry Hill Triplex in Cherry Hill, NJ to see if we could trade in our 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee for something smaller and newer.

We eventually were able to come to terms with the dealer and agreed to take our new 2005 Liberty Sport home that night.
One of the keys for the Sport was missing and presumably lost, but we were told to bring the vehicle back the following morning to have it detailed; upon which time we would receive the second key.

I took the car over on Friday and was given a story that someone had indeed lost the key and that they were trying to track it down. For that I waited 90 minutes. I was asked to wait until Monday July 18; at which time a representative would call and I could pick up the second key.

I received a voice mail at 10:14 am Monday July 18th stating that I could come by and get the key. I was at my job at the time but went to the Cherry Hill Triplex at approximately 11:45.

At that time I was told that I would not be given a new key because it would cost the dealer money and that if I waited “5 or 6 minutes” everything would be worked out.
Finally at about 12:30, after asking many times what the status was on the key, I completely lost my temper in the showroom. I admit it was not the most civil thing to do but my time is as valuable as the next person’s.

I was only there to pick up a key – I did not show up without warning – I was called.
The sales manager then took me to a small office and tried to imply that all of this was my fault and that it was a Monday morning, they were busy, I was being unreasonable and that I should just wait. He also berated me for blowing up in his showroom and that I embarrassed him.
Only when the General Manger of the Cherry Hill Triplex heard me yelling, did he come out, ask what the problem was and ordered the sales manager to cut the key.

That’s all I wanted…

I certainly and greatly appreciate the help of the General Manager, who I only know as John. He stepped in and took control of a situation that was ridiculous, infuriating and insulting.

We did not purchase the most expensive car on the lot, but I would expect the same respect that we received when we purchased our original Grand Cherokee.
If I had been told that it would have been a half hour or so wait while they cut and programmed the key that would have been quite acceptable.

Instead, I was given the runaround by the sales manager and treated like a naïve and gullible woman.

I am not asking for anything from Jeep or Cherry Hill Triplex, I just wanted my experience to be documented. But there is no reason why I had to wait for exactly (1) hour for a car key.

Our temporary tags expire on August 8, 2005, I certainly hope that Cherry Hill Triplex Jeep does a better job at obtaining our new plates and notifies us in a timelier and more organized manner than they did for something as simple as a car key.

I will say that this is and will be my only business with Cherry Hill Triplex Jeep.
My Review of CherryHill Subaru/Jeep/KIA:
Dealer ran commerical no credit check bad credit no problem went to view their site and saw SUV so inquired and got response from Donna.I explained credit maybe problem and co-signer might be required but I could not bring cosigner in due to illness she said just bring in drivers license and social security# .After I saw vehicle test drove I was brought into sign application I was told I was accepted you are the ower of a new Jeep. They said you have to come back this week to finish paper work,so they had me sign a little paper work and salesman followed me home 30 miles on Tuesday I returned to sign paper work when I was greeted by manager who said sorry to inform you that your credit wasn't approved I said I was told Sat.I was he said it was a weekend and the bank cannot approve on weekend.I was lied to and I had spoke to salesman earlier the day I was coming back and asked him what is all the paper work I must sign he said I have no idea they won't tell me.So the manager had me there and said can you get a co-signer and I said why didn't you ask me when I talked to salesman earlier today so I could either look for a signer or have someone follow me back after I gave truck back I got some excuse so I got a signer and waited an hour to do paper work I went to the door to stand outside and smoke when the manager saw me and said do not leave if you do this will ruin your credit.I asked how am I going to get a co-signer here they made an appt to send out a rep to my home at 7:00 p.m. following night.I had to be there because I did not know the rep and the signer did not like to be alone with strangers so what happens they call my home while at work to say that they are coming at 11:30 a.m. instead of set time I called them and said you can't make that decision I told you the time and I must be there the rep said my manager wanted me to go earlier another lie.Last I told salesman I had my own $2,500 stereo he failed to say it had a 10 disc changer so I paid for something I did not want and when I went to put discs in the magazine it was not in truck along w back compartment cover, cargo net, washer fluid, and full tank.I was also charged $600 for gap ins.then it was $500 at signing other paper work I also saw fee $2,000 and asked what it was they said the bank charges that on top of a $2500 deposit and a 72 month term.I would not wish Cherry Hill Subaru jeep kia dealer on my worst enemy scammers, unprofessional, poor communication!!!!.
