Two months ago I was shopping for a new truck, I compared several dealerships and other online sources and was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The guys at Chesrown were amazing to work with and found me the exact truck I wanted, with the mileage I wanted, in the right color and all the right features which I’m not sure how they did it. They had the truck ready to go two days later. After driving it for several weeks I had a problem and was worried because it was out of warranty but they took a look and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Best used car experience I've ever had in my life.

I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 30 years and have recommended at least 50 of my clients and friends and have never heard a complaint. The Chesrown family has proven time and time again with their honesty, attention to detail and their commitment to serve each person like the day you purchase your auto. Personally having my own business I hear the community responce and it has always been excellent. We need to keep this business with our families forever.

Dealing with Ryan Gill and Chesrown GMC was an absolute pleasure. Ryan and his team of professionals put me in the right vehicle at the best price around. They listened to my wants and needs and worked within my budget to ensure I didn't just buy a vehicle, but the right vehicle. After the sale, Ryan called to make sure my Yukon was meeting my expectations and that I was 100% satisfied with the experience. The Chesrown facilities are clean, well maintained and represent GM in the best possible light. I am so impressed with Chesrown GMC that I have recommended Ryan to several of my friends in the market for a new vehicle, and I am pleased to say that they are buying their next car from Chesrown GMC. I began using Chesrown Auto Group in 2007 for all servicing for my fleet of Cadillac Deville's & Escalades. I am always satisfied with the service and prices because I know and trust the service department to go to bat for me taking into consideration my usual limited budget, which helps in affording my company to continue providing high end vehicles. I am always delighted by the professional courtesy and most importantly their flexibility for servicing around my reservation needs. I look forward to the economy bouncing back so I can begin updating my fleet. Without a doubt all future Cadillac purchases (and personal) will be from Chesrown Auto Group in Delaware. On occasion I've had the good fortune to provide service for the Gill family and can testify they are as genuine, honest and a down to earth family as the commercials says. All I can say is WOW. The entire process was virtually seemless. My salesman, Ryan Gill, made my family and I feel right at home- he even brought his dad (owner Jim Gill) to congratulate us on our new Pontiac G8 - which we LOVE. Ryan took his time and ensured we went through all my vehicle and financing choices. When we come back for maintenance, they always have a loaner for us and usually finish the job ahead of time. I never thought I would say this about any auto dealer, but, I can’t wait to buy from Chesrown again!

The experience we had with this dealership was truly unlike any other. It was EASY, STRESS FREE and ENJOYABLE. Ryan Gill went out of his way to make the process as simple as possible for us. We have two kids so it was much appreciated the efforts he took to listen to what we wanted, make test driving the car convienient, make the communication stress free and the purchasing- incredibly quick. Obviously the customer service was unlike any other that we have received and not only that, we got an amazing deal on the price. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. Amazing!!!

Customer focused, friendly and very competent. I needed repairs performed. Once the service technician had a chance to diagnose the problems, they were clearly explained and several remedy options were provided. They readily provided a courtesy car and completed the work early.
