My Review of Chevrolet of Issaquah:
When I found out that Michael's had taken over Issaquah Chevrolet from Lithia I decided to give them another chance as my wife bought her Toyota from Michael's Toyota and I know that they are a quick straight forward dealership from our previous experience.I even recognized some of the faces from the Toyota store. I purchased the same way I did from Toyota via the Internet. I sent in what I wanted (Silverado 1500) and they got hold of me very quickly and let me know what they have and pricing. I came in and bought car for stated internet price and I was on my way. As far as I'm concerned I don't need to leave the eastside for my car purchases anymore. All-in-all Michaels is the place to purchase.

My Review of Chevrolet of Issaquah:
we made a deal and agreed with the price and after a week the price went $2000 up with no reason. In this situation they can keep the SUV. Not happy with this dealer.

My Review of Chevrolet of Issaquah:
Purchased a Suburban from Chevy of Issaquah last year and after 6 months noticed some unusual wear on the front tires. Took the vehicle in to Les Schwab for alignment and they indicated there wasn't an issue, but they did rotate and align tires as requested. Noticed further wear so took the vehicle to the dealer. They fixed a wheel bearing under warranty and indicated that was causing the wear on the tires. My expectation is that they would replace the tires and do an alignment, but they indicated we would have to pay for that. Then when we call the GM advocates the dealership indicated that the bearing was bad, but the tire wear was due to a loose part the Les Schwab shop had caused (Les Schwab dealer, who I do trust, indicated this can't be the case). This information is contrary to the maintenance document we received and the verbal information from the tech directly after the repairs. All in all, I think they are quite unethical and will never buy from them again.

My Review of Chevrolet of Issaquah:
Straight out lied to us in emails. We had emailed them requesting a specific price for a 2006 Trailblazer. The ISM emailed me back a yes, so we drove up and they tried to switch the price. Very much a "bait and switch" approach to pricing. We walked out and will not come back unless they honor their word. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

My Review of Chevrolet of Issaquah:
I went in for them to fix a horrible shrieking sound, to get an oil change, and a detail wash. While they fixed the shrieking sound after two tries (both times I had to leave my car multiple days without a loaner car), they also gave me a massive oil leak that I didn't have when I got there, and didn't even wash in the door jambs of my car...
I took my car back three times for them to fix the oil leak and they were unable to fix it. I finally got frustrated after frequently being without a car, so I took it to Lee Johnson, even knowing I would have to pay more to fix it. They managed to fix it in one shot!
I will NEVER go back to Issaquah Chevrolet again. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me twice, shame on me.
