I normally don't write reviews, but I had a great experience here. I worked with Mark Kanter. He was friendly, accommodating and I never felt pressured. I don't enjoy buying cars, this is the only dealership I will go to in the future. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family, all have been happy with their service and extremely pleased with the price!

We had an appointment to look at a car. The car was being driven by one of the employees, so it was brought back to the dealer just for us. We called prior that morning to make sure the car was there and started our almost 2 hour drive. When we arrived, Christine greeted us and told us she just sold the car we were there to see. Are you kidding me!?! That car was there for us. The other interested party that just happened to see it while looking at a different car should have had to wait. I guess money talks. They want you to believe they are different and really care about there customers. I would have to strongly disagree. This place is just a big waste of your time. Shop elsewhere.

This is the 2nd car that we bought from Chicago Cars Direct. We are extremely happy with both buying experiences. Mark was very easy to work with and was honest and professional. The prices were great compared to other cars that we looked at. Buying from them is so much easier than any other car dealer that we have purchased from. Great web site. Christine picked me up at the airport and took me out to dealership. Car was even better than represented. They changed the oil and serviced the car for me before I drove it back to Denver.

There was a second Mercedes key missing along with the Bluetooth phone adapter and they replaced both of them.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with my overall experience at Chicago Cars Direct. The car was priced well below value and with the exception of some paint blemishes that did not show up in the detailed pictures, the car is in excellent condition. I bought a used Viper 2005 in $50,000 on this Dealership. Always the contact was with one of the owners, Christine.
She was very kind in all the process of selling the car. She ensure me that the car was in perfect condition and also it was review buy a Dodge dealer.
After I receive the car, we have some issue in a window. I talk with the owner and she always was in contact with us. At the very end, they responded incredible our demand even doe it was a use car.
They are very professional and they always answer emails an phone call.
I would recommend this dealership.

I saw a 2006 Audi A6 on ebay as I was looking for a used car. I live in Detroit and happened to be in Chicago Jan 16th where Chicago Cars Direct is located. Called to make an appointment and made it to the office to see Christine. Saw the car which was very clean and I started it up. I could not test drive it unfortunately because they keep their cars in a warehouse and it seems they are mainly online dealers. However, the car looked and sounded good enough and it was priced competitively enough that I felt it would be a good car to purchase...after some prayer. Christine gave me a 300 bucks discount and I was happy to put that to a tune-up after purchasing the car. I had planned to buy the car that day if I liked it. Christine did not pressure me into anything and made me, my wife and daughter very comfortable and helped us look at all the associated paperwork with the car. The customer area and entire warehouse is super clean and super comfortable and beautiful. So we decided to buy the car only to be reminded that banks were closed because of Martin Luther King day. I had planned to buy the car and pay full amount to avoid finance charges but my bank was closed. What do we do? Christine introduced us to Earl Mika her finance guy who was very pleasant and understood our desire to drive back the car to Detroit that same day. Earl, to my amazement had an awesome idea. He will do the financing for the car that same day and will hold the paperwork and not submit it to the bank so that the following day I can do a wire transfer and then he will tear up the paperwork. Earl is also very competent in understanding all the paperwork we will need, taxes across states and he gave me a nice packet with all the paperwork I will need to transfer plates and transfer the title. We drove our car back to Detroit that same day and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. I wired the money the following day and the title was sent to me in less than a week and transfer of plates and title was smooth. I took the car to an Audi dealership in Detroit for service and the 300 bucks discount I got from Christine came in handy to pay for regular minor fixes for a standard used car. We are happy in our Audi and thankful to the professional and fantastic experience we had with Christine, Earl and the entire Chicago Cars Direct staff.
