My Review of Chris BMW:
I have purchased many cars, vans for personal and business use from dealerships here in the Atlanta, GA area over the past twenty years. But I have never found a new car dealership as friendly and honest as Nalley BMW in Decatur, GA.<br><br>My new car salesman: a Mr. Willie Guzman one day, (on his lunch hour), checked on a BMW i drive cell phone price for me at Nalley BMW. What really amazed me was, not taking his time from his lunch hour, but he did all this for me after the sale, (I am told he does this for all his BMW customers).<br><br>In conclusion: I do not usually recommend any other Atlanta new car dealerships that I have dealt with over the years. It is hard to find any new car salesman that take care of their customers after the sale, but today after my dealings Nalley BMW, I would strongly recommend: Mr. Willie Guzman and Nalley BMW to any of my friends or family when purchasing their new or preowned cars.<br><br>Sincerely,<br>R. My Review of Chris BMW:
Purchased our X3 4 months ago with United BMW. A little far to go for service so thought we would try the &quot;Nalley&quot; BMW Former Chris BMW. The worst Car Service experience we have ever had. This is our forth new BMW and have always had great service at Chris BMW. What a change now. I would think you could honestly find better service at a KIA dealer.<br>Nothing was done as requested and we were charged for work that was never completed. Also, we were never told as to what the cost would be till after the work was done. Hello BMW North America and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this dealer like the plague!!!

My Review of Chris BMW:
I've bought two BMW's from Mark at Chris (now Nalley) BMW. Both experiences have been excellent. Mark really makes you feel like &quot;part of the family.&quot; My first purchase was via the Performance Center Delivery Program, and Mark handled it expertly. I'm picking up my new BMW in Munich next week and again Mark guided me through the process the whole way. I would never even think of working with another BMW center than Nalley BMW.

My Review of Chris BMW:
So far nothing for praise for service at Chris (now Nalley BMW). I have had my 99 323is in for service several times in addition to other warranty items. Loaner was always provided, car was completed quickly.<br><br>My only complaint with service is that every time I have been there my service was never explained to me.<br><br>Dale in parts has gone out of his way to help me on the parts I need for some of my DIY projects,

My Review of Chris BMW:
I bought 2 BMWs from Chris (the 2nd one I didn't even look anywhere else). My convertible was rear-ended a few years ago and they did a great job of fixing the car - it was laguna green, which is hard to match, but they did it beautifully. They worked very hard to fix the electric top as it was damaged in the accident also. I have always been pleased with them. I may soon be in the market for another car and I will go straight to Chris.

My Review of Chris BMW:
My service and maintenance experiences have always been top notch at Chris BMW. Quality work, quick turnaround, courteous service, nice loaner cars.<br><br>For collision work, their facility in Doraville is definitely to be avoided. The work is just okay, charges are astronomical (because they bill insurance companies), and turnaround times are very long. My car was given to them with $8k worth of damage and a promised two week turnaround, but instead acquired another $8k of damage while in their possession and consequently took another six weeks until it was returned.

My Review of Chris BMW:
I have bought 4 BMW's from them in the last few years and I must say they have gone down the crapper. The first car was for my daughter, they picked her up at Emory for a test drive and we bought the car. Chuck Armstrong was our salesman for the next three cars, he was the best, a true southern gentleman. He is no longer there.<br>My daughter's car was hit and the damage was over $6500 they kept the car for a month and when it was finished the job was so poor BMW was called and Chris Motors bought the car back from us at book value. <br>Trying to get a service appointment is impossible and loaners are worse. The place has become too big and out of control. I did hear that the dealership was sold so maybe things will right themselves.<br>My daughter was in recently for service and the price that the service manager told us was not what they charged my American Express for and we are currently in dispute with them. <br>

Chris BMW is hands down the best BMW dealership in Atlanta. I have dealt with Global and Hank Aaron.... when I was looking into purchasing my car all other dealerships bombarded me with phone calls day in and day out... EVEN after I had already purchased my car!! Chris BMW personnel are all professionals who care about your needs. Even though I didn't buy from Chris (I got a used bmw), Chris BMW is the ONLY place that I will take my car into, and they are top notch! It's well worth the extra drive.

My Review of Chris BMW:
These are great people to work with. I didn't buy my M5 there, and Global is closer, but I drive out of my way to bring my car to Chris, because they work hard to keep a good relationship with a regular customer and have really gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Two common problems on the E39 M5 are the clutch and the wheel finish; people complain about dealers stiffing them on these things all the time, but Chris has fixed both of these problems for me without hesitating. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Atlanta area.
