My Review of Chris Leith:
I met the Service Manager at Chris Leith Dodge when I had my Charger serviced. They did a great job. Got it right the first time. They even washed my Charger which I thought was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

My Review of Chris Leith:
The salesman was wonderful. No problems there at all. But when I called back to discuss a problem with my trade I was first ignored. Then when I finally got ahold of someone, I was treated like dirt. The man I talked to was rude and extremely condescending. I will continue to buy Dodge vehicles in the future, but NOT from this dealership.

My Review of Chris Leith:
The engine on a 2001 Chrysler Concorde failed after four years (4/12/05) and the company refused to stand behind the product. All proper maintenence was performed on the car. The dealer's comment was "We just sell them. We don't make them" There seems to be no personal integrity about backing up the quality of the product they are selling. An internet search on this issue (concorde engine problems) reveals HUNDREDS of similar complaints on the failure of the 2.7 liter engine. If Chrysler will not stand behind their product, at least the dealer should! Perhaps then Chrysler will learn by pressure from the dealers.
