My Review of Chris's Dodge World:
Service dept did not correct problem or road test vehicle. They also tried to charge me $58.00 for a part that I could get from their Parts dept for $37.35. I did not get a good explanation for their overcharging when I asked for it.
I also found their staff to be rude, not very good at returning phone calls or letting me know the status of the vehicle. The Service person I was working with (Mike Frontella) got mad when I told somebody else about my experience and told me to use a different dealership. This was the best advice he gave me.

My Review of Chris's Dodge World:
After 3 visits to purchase a new Durango, the General Manager, Steve Kern changed the value of what he would give us for our trade-in. Everything had been discussed over the phone with the Internet Manager, Helder Pereira before visiting the dealer to confirm the sale.

Steve Kern and Derrick Flynn would not even speak to us personally. They spoke through the salesman who was very upset at the way it was handled as well.

Helder was the only nice one who answered our questions and spent alot of time negotiating the deal.

Poor customer service and very rude. Do not even waste your time with this dealer.

My Review of Chris's Dodge World:
They damaged the lens covering my speedometer, then stated that their work on the steering column was one foot away and there was no way possible that they cracked it. It was not cracked when we dropped it off that morning, the service writer did not notice it. The service manager told me over the phone "you can not even see it when sitting in the drivers seat"(Lie) I can see it and when the needle moves on the speedometer it is so apparent that I could never have missed it in the vehicle I drive everyday. I then talked with co-workers and one said the same exact thing happened to him at this same dealer.
