My Review of Chrysler Corp:
I had my car serviced three times at my local dodge dealer and I have been unable to get a customer service survey from them. I have called them on the phone and even went to their service department to get one. I have been told they would send me one, when I didn't get one after three weeks I went back and they said they would have one sent from Chrysler. That was three weeks ago. I got a letter in the mail from them offering a free oil change for having completed the customer survey. Well, I never sent one in because I',ve never for one. Can you get one sent to me.
