My Review of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Bellevue:
Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge of Bellevue was actually successful at having my original post removed from Yelp.com, so I have to repost this. After I posted the original, however, the General Manager, Luk Blackwell, decided to call and confront me regarding it. He only agreed to deliver what the salesperson promised if I would remove the posting afterwards. I didn’t agree to that and also didn’t remove it. Someone apparently flagged me as spamming and Yelp removed the original post. Now Luk phone spams customers, including me, by having an automated calling service deliver a special message from him.

Original Post -

Really poor sales service, and marginal management service.

For me the process should have been easy because I am employed by a supplier to most auto manufacturers, including Chrysler, and only wanted a lease, so there is essentially no haggling needed and the price is set. The car was not properly prepared for delivery and the Finance Department printed several versions of the same financing paperwork with conflicting figures (but they did finally get it corrected promptly while I was there).

My salesperson, Kelli Jackson, did not deliver the vehicle properly and refused to provide some parts that belonged with the vehicle at delivery. She stated that she would mail the parts to me because the dealership was not very convenient for me to return to, and basically she couldn’t find it then. After several weeks, she refused to return several messages and I was forced to contact Luk Blackwell, the General Manager. Although Luk looked into the situation, he also would not mail me what was missing from the vehicle and would not let Kelli or any of his staff deliver them to me. During the sale Kelli was also trying to rush me out because she admittedly had a better place to be, even though they had close to six hours to prepare the vehicle. Luk offered me a free oil change, but if they can’t deliver what comes with the vehicle, why would I like them touch the car again?

So this is not about price or the negotiating process. The salesperson made commitments she knew she couldn’t deliver, ignored messages and refused to correct the situation, and the General Manager covered for her incompetence.

This location was previously known as Eastside Chrysler Jeep.

My Review of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Bellevue:
I went in to look at a 2003 Pontiac Vibe that was listed on the internet for $10,925. When I went in, I noticed there were many paint chips, there was a hole in the front of the car where it was hit and the passenger power window was broken, it wouldn't go down. This wasn't disclosed on the website. After driving the car and talking to the salesman, he came back with $4500 for my trade in and a final price on the car of $7,500. This was okay, but I wanted to stay at $6K. I mentioned this and he went back to the manager. I finally left, it had been 3 hours and we weren't anywhere. As I walked out the door, the manager said if you want $6K, we can do that. I told him I would be back (I needed to get my son). I went back the next day and after looking at the car again, decided to buy it. We went in and got the paperwork started again, where they noticed a "managerial error" and changed the final price to $11,500. They had put the price of the trade in as cash towards the new purchase not as paying off the loan. So, I was shocked. They didn't apologize, just said, we need $11,500 to make a deal! Don't go there!
