My experience with Circle BMW's service department was outstanding. I didn't buy my car at this dealership and I was still treated to a red carpet experience, especially by my service advisor, Ray Wag was outstanding. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly valet staff and Ray reviewed what needed to be done. He exceeded my expectations when he gave me a loaner car. Communication was great and my car was fixed, cleaned and ready when promised. I would expect this treatment if I had purchased from this dealership, but I didn't and that impressed me. I will be servicing my car at this dealership from now on and they have earned a future purchase from me as well. Very happy. More
