I WAS GREETED BY ANDY AND QUICKLY WRITTEN UP. I WAS WAITING AND THE WAIT WAS A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DIAGNOSES MY PROMBLEM AS WATER IN A CONNECTOR. THE REPAIR TIME WAS RESONABLE AND THE PRICE ALOT LOWER THAN I HAVE ALREADY SPENT. IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND THE CAR RUNS FINE. A little over a year & 40,000 miles later the transmission blows. We're covered under the Dodge warranty - GREAT! We returned the car to the dealer on May 13th, 2010. The next day, the service department called back & said they had Good News and Bad News - the bad news is the transmission was no good, the good news is they were getting us a BRAND NEW Transmission. They were ordering it on Friday the 14th - it would be in on Monday or Tuesday the latest - we can pick up our truck by Wednesday the 19th. Called on the 18th to follow up, the truck would not be ready for a few more days - the service department was short on transmission workers. Called back Friday - at that point they told us they had to re-build the trans because they could not get a new one & no one has had time to look at it yet. We questioned why it needed to be re-built when we were told we were getting a NEW transmission. The Service Manager yelled "WHO EVER SAID YOU WERE GETTING A NEW TRANSMISSION"? and we replied - you did, a week ago. At that point, he explains that they couldn't get a new one & they were going to rebuild it - the parts will be in on Monday - he promised someone would get to it, call back on Monday the 24th. We called back - NOTHING had been done - were told the parts will be there on Wednesday the 26th & he said if they could not get this done by Friday the 28th, they would give us a loner car. Guess what? Nothing was done on the 28th - now we were told that it would be done on Monday - Well...Monday is a holiday - it's not going to be done. ANYWAY, we were told to pick up a loner car at Enterprise - it would be ready for us - we get to Enterprise we were told we had to pay $5.00 a day plus a $50 deposit - it's now 5:30 pm on a friday & no one is in the Service Department to authorize the payment which we were not going to pay. We get back in our car & drive to the dealer. Speaking to the only people there at the dealer - the Salesmen & Sales Manager - they told us with a rather lousey attitude - "What Do You Want US To Do - no one is here for us to find out what the problem is - you'll have to wait" What they should have said to try & calm down an angry customer is- "let me try & reach the Service Manager & see if he can give us any info to help you". As fas as we're concerned, We will NEVER use this dealer again after we get our truck back - we have been out of a car since the 13th of May and STILL have no idea when this will be ready. I want to know if Circle Dodge is paying my loan payment this month. If they were forced to do that, I bet they'd get their Service Department & attitude in check real fast. Ron is rude and won't even face you he talks from out of sight range. the man should be slapped. I am still in shock. the entire servise department was just standing around bs'ing about their weekend plans ignoring me I stood there for 10mins while they finished there conversation. The lot is a disgrace those men should've been walking around cleaning if they had nothing to do. I can not believe Dodge closed Tally's and kept this place open.. THEY LEFT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT KNOWING THEY WOULD NOT BE BACK TIL MONDAY! i had to borrow cars, miss apointments, and miss work. on saturday we saw the general manager about it and he was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. he just stood there and said there was nothing he could do and even yelled at my mother! didnt try to call any of the service guys, did nothing. i finally got the car back monday. NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE. i reported them to the bbb and was mailed their response, they fabricated half the story. making up stuff i never said. said they didnt have my phone number, just the one from last year. I had to bring in my brand new '08 Dakota for a drivers door problem and found out the moulding had to be replaced.....3 full days later I am able to get my truck back. It was filthy,disgusting, smelled of cigarettes and the door now looks bowed out! The best part is the fact that I dropped off the truck with 702 miles and got it back with 964 miles. WOW...Where did they go for 3 days! The kicker is the Body shop it went to was 0.5 miles down the road! We will see today what they have to say and how they will be satisfying this enornoous problem! FOR MY BUSINESS I PURCHASED 1 DAKOTA, 1 RAM, 2 CONVERSION VANS, AND FOR PERSONAL USE I HAVE PURCHASED 1 STRATUS AND 1 MINIVAN. i HAVE DELT WITH GARY ON EVERY PURCHASE AND HAVE BEEN TREATED RESPECTFULLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. THEY ARE SLOW, RUDE, AND HAVE HAD TO BRING VEHICLES BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.
