I came her to support my school, Etiwanda high in a Drive 4 Ur school event. I was speaking to Charity the Marketing Manager and giving her feedback. I told her I had a appt with another dealer later that day. She would not let me leave and called Brian the Gm over to help me. I have bought a lot of cars over the years , but I have never had a Gm take a personal interest in me! He sent Jesse over and they both asked what I was looking for and took care of me! I must say that I had visited Citrus Ford a few years ago when the economy was booming and left because I didn't get that great service, but this time they were really attentive and helped me from start to finish.! I would definitely recommend this Dealership! BTW I had been a loyal Ford customer for over 10 years and left and went to Chrysler.. mistake ! I traded in my 2007 Chrysler Aspen for a ford edge and I couldn't be happier! You always come back home!

I had been coming here for the last 2 weeks trying to buy the BoJix Designs 2013 Mustang GT. After being told that there was an approval and there was no problem foreseen, I came and brought my sisters information with me to buy the afore mentioned car. After being told one thing and getting nothing, being asked to come here from San Bernardino, after being told there was a deal here, we decided to come for the 7th time. MORE wasted time and gas and useless miles on my car. I would never recommend this group of con artists to my worst enemy, let alone friends. They bait and switch the stories and don't co-operate with you at all. I went 10 minutes down the road to Hemborg Ford and they approved us in less than 15 minutes of our arrival. What a joke Citrus Motors Ford is, the only truth there is with them is their name. DO yourself a painless favor and go somewhere else. You will be glad you did, your wallet will be to!!!

I recently wrecked my car and needed to find a replacement quickly. I researched and knew what I wanted and liked. Upon arrival at Kia, Charles approached us and was welcoming and inviting. He showed us their inventory and amazingly they had the exact model with the options I wanted. He worked with my credit and helped achieve the payments I could afford. I really enjoy the sync feature and the rear view camera along with the side air bags. Ford has come along way. The dealership also did a great job with everything.

Charity and Brian went above and beyond to take care of my needs, I will definitely be back to purchase again!! this is my second car from them and buy far the best car purchasing service that I have ever received. They make you fell like you are most important customer to them! they answered all my question and were fully detailed in letting me know about my new Kia Optima and all of the options that it has.
