My sales experience was great until less than a month later my salesman no longer worked here. It took nearly a month to get my license plates and I was sent the wrong plate in the mail. I was then lied later my salesman no longer worked here. It took nearly a month to get my license plates and I was sent the wrong plate in the mail. I was then lied to by Dawn who handles the titles and registration. I paid over $300 more than I should have for my plates that I now have to pay another fee to get them switched over to the correct plates. Horrible experience. Simple. If you don't know the answer to something, ask. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. More

Took my truck in for a heated seat problem. Justin did a great job getting the truck in quickly and letting me know they needed to order parts. Didn’t get it fixed yet but didn’t waste my time.
