My Review of Claridges BMW:
This service advisor must be an idiot. I think we all know about the infamous control arm / bushing problem on E46s. Bryan seemed like he never heard of this problem. I told and showed Bryan and one of the techs what the problem was and they still didn't believe me. They said we need to put it on a rack, charge you an hours labor, and tell you what the problem is, which I knew already. Bunch of idiots.

Their waiting area was one the most pathetic ones I've seen by a BMW dealer. Put coins in for a cup of coffee when it should be free. Come on!

My Review of Claridges BMW:
Christina is a wonderful sales person. She is honest and very helpful. I recommend that you speak to her, if you are going to buy a car. However-- their service department has fixed things badly, lied to me, lost my car keys, wouldn't return my calls, recommended install solutions that were against BMW policy, lost orders for parts, and generally were unprofessional and unreliable. Buy your car here, and have it serviced somewhere else.

The turn signal assembly was replaced, and it was done wrong. I had to call 3 times and left messages to get this fixed, but never received a call back. On thhe 4th call, I talked to someone that couldn't really help me either. Very frustrating, I'd never buy a car from Claridges, nor get it repaired there.

My Review of Claridges BMW:
The compliment is for all departments. This is a very nice place to shop for brand name car. There're nice people at Autowest BMW (former Claridge's BMW) in Fremont, California. People are well educated, trained, and the best attitude. I got my Bimmer serviced with extra care.
No complain with this dealership so far. All are compliments. We shall try to appreciate more while driving the bimmers. The cost of bimmer is doubled or tripled in Asian countries like Taiwan or H.K. We appreciate the opportunity to drive a bimmer at lower cost in the USA. I really appreciate that I can own a bimmer in my early age when my dad or grandpa couldn't have the chance.

Went to service my car and all they gave me is, well your car is lowered, your car is modded. So what? it does not add problems to my car. They gave me an additude because i drive an m3 and I am only 24. What does that have to do with my problem with the car? They did not fix the problem so I have to go to the other dealers.

My Review of Claridges BMW:
Very awful experience from leasing to service. It looked as if they hate there jobs. Very robotic and no smiles. Leased BMW 745IL, had lots of problems and at one point was there once a week. Frustration mounted with attitude of customer service reps who didn't really care. Compared to the Lexus dealership I usually go to, Claridges is below par for the brand name and quality they are suppose to exude. Would definitely not recommend them and suggests interested parties to go somewhere else where they feel welcomed.

My Review of Claridges BMW:
I had my car serviced there and when they scape my bumper, they refused to fix it. I had my car for about a year now and I had never damaged the car what so ever. Now I am left with a few scrapes similar to what the person above me stated. It seems like they were parking my car and hit one of those concrete blocks on the ground. My car is lowered and i told them that before i dropped off my car. Now I am left to pay for the damages that they have caused.

Don't ever go to Claridges because they will ripe you off and make you get stuck with the bills. They also have rude service when I had to talk to the manager about it.

My Review of Claridges BMW:
This is my new favorite dealership. These people are friendly and get the job done with quality. Other dealerships refused to see a problem I had, but when I took it in to Claridge's their knowledgeable staff had no problem diagnosing and fixing it. They get their work done quickly and will call you during the day once the work is done. I've had experiences with other dealers where they will just call at the endof the day, even if the work has been done for hours. They offer Enterprise loaner cars, but in the Bay Area, most dealerships won't even offer you a loaner car at all, so Claridge's easily beats the others. Last time I went in, they were out of small cars and stuck me with a new Suburban, which was an odd, but great loaner car.

My Review of Claridges BMW:
Very nice people. Easy to make an appointment. Loaners are from Enterprise. So your loaner choices are: Pontiac Sunfire, Ford Escort, Ford Focus or Ford Ranger. The loaner shouldn't be the determining factor on weather or not you should get your car serviced there. It wouldn't make sense to get crappy service even if they loan you a BMW 540 for a day. Get great service from great people. You're driving the loaner for one day anyways...what difference would it make?
