My Review of Clark & White Lincoln Mercury:
Very bad dealership, service and sales poor, had better reputation years ago! Go to another dealer if you want a Lincoln or Mercury! Ford needs sales but Clark and Whites not going to help the situation.Be prepared to pay top dollar.........................................

My Review of Clark & White Lincoln Mercury:
I had a great experience purchasing my 06 Lincoln Zephyr at Clark & White. Jason the salesperson I dealt with was truly excited to deal with me and get me the car I had been looking for. They made the deal happen for me with very fair terms and did not pre-judge me because I am young and I dont think at the Lincoln dealership in Newton they get many customers under 60. Im in my early 20s but I have money and they treated me with the utmost respect, unlike many luxury dealerships I had walked out of in the previous few weeks, after standing around for more than 10 minutes with no one coming over to help me. Customer service and follow up was outstanding.

My Review of Clark & White Lincoln Mercury:
I drive a 2006 Mercury Milan with 8000 miles on it. I had a squeeking noise coming from the wheels. I took the car in for servicing and was told this is a common thing for Milan wheel covers and I'd be covered under warrany. However, upon returning to the dealership, Mr. Soares, The Service Director told me they made mistake and he would not cover my wheel covers under warranty. The reason? A few superficial hairline scratches on the outer edge of the wheel cover. Very shady and unprofesstional. He considered the scratches "not normal wear and tear". Ha! I am currently working with Ford Customer Relations to resolve the issue. Addtionally, I have followed-up with Mr. Soares via email and he has yet to respond. Again, very shady and unprofesstional. I cannot understand why anybody would put this individual, who is cleary ripping off Fords customers, in charge of a service department. Unbelievable.

My Review of Clark & White Lincoln Mercury:
False advertising on various websites, they blame it on a third party, but when you call and ask for clarification on posted vehicles they give you the same information as posted on the web. When you get there and see the vehicle, a base model advertised as a top of the line vehicle, they apologize and try to sell you something else. a VIN mix up I can understand, but the major dent in the door, cracked and chipped bumper and loose equipment hanging from the roof interior is a little hard to swallow.
Next web advertised vehicle I looked at there had a similar story.
STAY AWAY!
