Shopping for my car with Nissan was the best experience! It has been 15 years since I had to go car shopping and I was not looking forward to it. My brother and I walked into your dealership and were greeted by Ms. Crystal Gayle and a big smile. Crystal was fantastic, easy to talk to and put me at ease right away, taking away the pensiveness I was feeling before walking through the door.

Crystal is exceptionally talented and knows cars, and definitely knows people. I can't thank her enough for her patience in working with me to find out what I truly wanted, and turning what I thought was going to be the worst experience into a truly exceptional experience! When did shopping for a vehicle become fun? I love my new car!

I've purchased a number of cars in my lifetime, and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The sales people were patient, sincere, and honestly concerned about our needs, feelings and budget. The management explained things clearly, and succinctly, and there were no games or drama. My wife and I were very happy with the car we drove home and the very fair price we paid. I am planning on taking my daughter back to this dealeship to purchase another car, which is about the best tribute I can give to Classic Nissan!

Tio is the best salesman out there. Been coming to this dealership since 1989 and have always been given the best deals from Tio. He goes the extra mile every time! Tony P is the best in service!

Service is excellent. Tio is wonderful. We have bought 5 cars from Classic Nissan and Tio has sold us all of them. We specifically go back to him becuae of the excellent service he gives. Always puts us into something we want at the price we want.

At first my husband and I went in feeling this deal is not going to happen. We spoke to Frank on the phone and he promised the world, like any other salesmen we have spoken to. When we arrived Frank then led us to Sergio. We are thinking, bate and switch deal. We originally were looking at a Nissan Murano. Sergio just happened to be standing next to a Nissan Xterra and we feel in love with it. Sergio went back, worked up numbers plus gave us a hitch to boot. Our monthly payments went down and our insurance decreased. To make a long story short. We sat in the showroom for about 2 hours waiting on the finance department, because of the wait, Anthony gave us 2 years free oil change and tire rotation - we were blown away. We couldn't believe how nice these salemen were. I was joking about getting dinner and they brought us a menu and told us to order what we wanted. We declined. I have been back to Classic Nissan a few times for paperwork, etc. and it feels asm though I am visiting a friend at work. Hey Joann, Anthony says, Tim as well. The service dept., they treated me as though I was their sister. Wondeful dealership, terrific people and no hangling pricing. If you are looking for a vehicle, look no further than Classic Nissan - you will be happy you did. We are and we love our vehicle.

I gave the rating I did because I have been buying or leasing Nissan vehicles from Sergio Johnson for 10 years. The Pathfinder just recently leased is the fourth Nissan for our family. The price offered was great and the attention to detail in getting what we wanted in the vehicle was masterfully put together by Sergio.......I will continue to be a customer!

This was, unquestionably, the best car dealership that I've ever purchased a vehicle from.

Everyone there that I worked with, exceeded my expectations....and annihilated any preconceived notions that I've had about car dealerships. There was no "double-talk"....no bs....it was a straightforward, transparent deal.

Some "shout-outs" are in order....

To the BDM , Frank Tomas: Thank you for responding to my inquiries as quickly as you did, and showing a genuine interest in earning my business.

To my salesperson, Ron Carpenter: Thank you for being decidedly patient with me, and staying with me well past closing time to "seal the deal". You are a joy to do business with, and I wish there were more people like you in the profession.

To the sales manager, Anthony Novak: I'm not shaving my head any time soon :-), but thank you equally as much for helping to finalize the deal...even if I was a bit of a pain at times. You are a consummate professional, and completely made me feel at ease.

To the finance managers, Melissa Riley and Chris Weitzel: You are two of the funniest, nicest people I've ever worked with. Thank you - both - for making the final paperwork process a little bit funnier, and a whole lot painless. Melissa - enjoy the Matchbox cars (the orange Monte Carlo was one of my favorites ;-)).


And lastly.....yes. If you want a new Nissan, you'd be a fool to purchase one anywhere else.
