My Review of Classic Chevrolet:
I ordered a new Chevy Cobalt LS from Classic Chevrolet on 1/29/05. I have dealer documents describing the specific VIN#, price and options ordered. I paid cash and received what I thought was the car I ordered. However, they actually delivered a different VIN# car which had two less upgrades (i.e. no RDS in radio and no MP3 CD). Also, the window sticker, which would have alerted me to the switch, was not provided to me. I understand that is illegal. Since then, well over 3 months; Classic has stone-walled me and only answered three of my approx. 20 phone calls. I'm in touch with a GM Rep now but still only receive empty promises.
