Ryan was an incredible salesman while helping me decide/purchase my used dodge ram. The car had really low mileage, was in mint condition and was marked down due to some overstock issue they were having. I feel like I got a steal, and amazing service to boot.

I received a nice blessing this week - one of the best customer service expericences of my life. My vehicle had a problem that was a recurrance of a previous problem that frustrated me because it was under warranty, but the out of town dealer charged me a substantial amount of money to repair it. When the problem recurred, I took it to the local dealer to hear what the bad news was. The young man who met me in the service area of Classic Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was named Allen Salyers. He quickly sized up the situation and asked me to give him a minute while he did a little research. In a few minutes, after looking the problem over in depth, I braced myself for the bad news. Instead, he told me that it was repaired and there was no charge. I told him in my 65 years, I had not been served like that at a car dealership. He replied, "I believe you should do unto others as you would have them do to you." The Golden Rule in practice - a testimony to the originator of the phrase - Jesus Christ.
