Not impressed with my most recent visit. The customer service was pretty abysmal. Dropped off my car (only car I have) for an oil change and to read a check engine code. Was told 2 hours and it’ll be finished, cool, that’s fine with me! 24 hours later and no word about the status of my car. Tried calling numerous times only to be told it was finished yet, no details, just very generic. My friend drove me to the dealership this morning so I could just get my vehicle back. If you need to keep the car longer than initially communicated, TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT. No communication for 24 hours is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t care how busy you get, figure out a way to communicate. I need my car for work, so either get me a loaner for the day or whatever it takes to get my car finished. More

Always friendly, courteous service from the moment you pull into the service lane until they accompany you to the door.
