I went to Clay to lease a car for my daughter and meet a great salesperson by the name of Herb Kunins. he has made my thoughts of car dealers a new color, of which i am delighted to feel!!!Herb is a "GREAT EXAMPLE OF A TRUE CAR SALESPERSON"!!! Herb makes you feel so relaxed during the process that i would send everyone i know to him! Herb knows cars and imparts that feeling to you,his customer.

As soon as i walked into the dealership everyone was friendly upon meeting Demar he sat with us asked exactly was i was looking for and was patient with me since i dont know about cars. the entire process went by smooth and i believe it was becuz of him. he was very knowledgeable about the car that i liked and even worked with us very well when it came time to make the final decision. i also like that he was patient with us while we were in the last steps of purchasing the vehicle. i believe he is a very good asset to this company. i work in customer service and you guys are lucky to have him working for this company.

My Review of Clay Nissan of Norwood:
Herb was extremely important to my sale. After unsuccessful visits to 3 other Nissan dealerships and one mazda dealership, I walked into Clay Nissan and met Herb. It was his customer service that sold me to Clay Nissan right away. Herb was able to provide and deliver on the exact car that I had my heart set on. I verbalized, he researched and he delivered; which is exactly what I was looking for from a dealership for this purchase because this purchase was following the recent death of my father. Herb was able to relate to my personal situation and deliver on what I was looking for in a new vehicle. In addition, he was able to explain every part of the new vehicle, which was great for my mother who is not so technically savy. Vinny was also great in providing explanations behind his finance work. In addition, he was able to provide detailed information in regards to the options that were to be included in the purchase of the vehicle.

My Review of Clay Nissan of Norwood:
Before starting my new job, I went to Clay Nissan to get a new car. I had test driven similar cars with other salesmen and while I don't have anything bad to say about them, I will say that working with Jose was a great experience. Negotiations with any salesman is tricky, but I walked out of Clay with a great car at a good price. Jose was extremely helpful and informative from the time I walked in until the time I drove the car off the lot. In addition, I'm confident that he will be a valuable resource for as long as I own a Nissan.

We came to the dealership with every intention of not being able to purchase anything because of our credit. However, after spending quite a few hours with Joel, who completely understood our financial/family situation we were able to figure out how we could afford and obtain our new vehicle. We feel that without the understanding of Joel we would not have been able to purchase this vehicle. I had a good experience with this dealership. I went in and bought a used Honda from this dealer andI got an excellent price for the vehicle. They were very friendly, especially the person i worked with. Garvin made me feel comfortable, and i did not feel i was getting ripped off. He made me feel he was actually working with me instead of trying to collect more money from me for his own expense. Overall I like the way I was treated and i also recommended people over there.

My Review of Clay Nissan of Norwood:
I had been searching for my first car for a while now and was having quite a bit of difficulty finding something that fit my standards. reliabilty, price and personal taste were very important to me. I had the pleasure of having Garvin as my sales associate/representative. He was extremely helpful and helped me to find something right away. Even with all the frustration I was experiencing, Garvin always had a smile on his face and that definitely made all of the difference.

When Vinny took the process to the next step, he was also very friendly. He was able to advise me and help lower my interest rate for me. Although I still felt slightly overwhelmed by the price not fitting my budget, Vinny found a way to compromise.

I can definitely say that this was a very different experience than I'd had over at Quirk Nissan, where I felt pressured and was almost coerced into a purchase that I did not want. I am satisfied with my purchase and feel confident that if anything is go wrong, the folks at Clay will come through again.

Thank you to Garvin and Vinny for helping me buy my first car!!!
