My Review of Clifton Park Dodge World:
Owned car for 6 weeks :Turned in lease to purchase Jeep. NO help whatsoever with ending lease with Chrysler. Totally on my own, going back and forth trying to get a payoff amount. Jeep (with less that 300 miles on it at the time) breaks down on side of the road 6 days after owning. Takes all day next day to fix, no loaner car, anything. One key fob never has worked, supposedly fixing it. Finally get payoff amout after 3 frustrating weeks, think we are all set. NO! Recieve bill from Chrysler for lease turn in fee, which we were told numerous times by Fred and Toni would not apply to us. Chrysler says they have no record of us owning Jeep, the VIN belongs to anothert party, and since it's used we are not eligible to waive the turn in fee. Call Dodgeworld to get this resolved. Fred goes off on me lecturing how "I am the worst customer he has ever had to deal with" "I am the rudest person he has ever worked with" "I am a screaming raving lunatic when I talk to him" " I need to learn to solve my problems with sugar not spice" And I could go on. Then he informed me that he NEVER said most of the things he said, that I was delinquent with Chrysler and their collections was after me and that was why I had trouble with Chrysler not anything he or they did. ( Absolutely untrue, never so much as a late payment to Chrysler). That's customer service? Then he informed me that Toni would call me and hung up on me while I was still trying to speak. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Chrysler.

My Review of Clifton Park Dodge World:
Worst after sales experience ever!!! Leased 2008 car about one month ago, has been back twice already due to lack of care by Dodgeworld. First time passenger door would not open from inside was not able to get appointment for about 1 week, huge safety issue. Brought back again to fix speaker in passenger door to find out there were additional problems that should have been caught first time there. Several issues with dealership not correctly ending our lease, had to contact both Chryslerfinancial and Dodgeworld several times to correct, took almost three weeks to correct. Got a great deal on the lease but dealership does not seem to care once they have your money! Would never use or recommend them to anyone. Stay away.

My Review of Clifton Park Dodge World:
Brought car in for servicing, after 2.5 weeks and 2 trips back later, failed to isolate problem but took my money just fine. I wasn't even off the lot and noticed the problem was still there. Scammers, should be investigated.

My Review of Clifton Park Dodge World:
Got a bad deal on a trade with a very good condition Chevy Blazer with no problems for a 2002 Town and Country that had problems from the start. No dash lights when we drove it home, which was at first quoted as 3 week repair (round trip for repair of radio)which turned into a computer reset after more prodding. Brought back for rusty/leaking gas spring, they just cleaned the rust off and sent it back, it was sticking again with a week. A month after the 90 day warranty was up, solenoid pack went bad, $475 solenoid pack repaired and trans is leaking. Brought it elsewhere to fix leak, then it started leaking somewhere else. Bad O2 sensor heater within 6 months of that, and now after only 25,000 miles, the trans is being rebuilt for about $2600. But not there, the svc is terrible, they will sell you a vehicle and turn the other way!
