Poor communication, attention to detail, One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it One of many examples! Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed! More
