My Review of Cloninger Ford Toyota:
Unethical business practices: My elderly father (79 years old) suffered a massive stroke early this year which left him somewhat cognitively impaired. He only has to speak one or two sentences and you will know he is not of sound mind. He walked onto Cloninger Ford car lot to look at the nice trucks. A salesman on the lot sold my father a brand new Ford F150 with only his Social Security check as income. He can not live on this income. His children help support him. This salesman at Cloninger Ford took full advantage of my father's handicap. I have spoken with an attorney and the magistrate and, have been told with matters involving new vehicles - where as there is immediate depreciation - there is nothing that can be done. The sales manager will not return my numerous calls. Most of our elderly parents/grandparents are as innocent as children. Larry Cloninger and his associates/salesmen appear to be no different than the child abusers that lay in waiting for the innocents to walk by. The name Larry Cloninger is applauded throughout Salisbury for his various contributions. However, the character and ethics shown by his dealership lies somewhere beneath pond scum.

My Review of Cloninger Ford Toyota:
Keith Jenkins, the run around king. Once they get your money, they forget about YOU!!! I bought a f-150 with the lift done by d.s.i. and it had some issues with the grills. #1 One fell out going down the road. So after several attempts to fix it by the salesman, which i did most of the work. They finally called for a rollback to pick it up. It was sent to d.s.i. and i was told it take 2 days to fix. While on the phone with GM Bruce he was very rude and non-professional. In conversation he called me DUDE, and i let him know that i was not a DUDE, but a customer. Later in the coversation he referred to me as DOG. So i drop $40,000, they take my truck away and try to put me in a carolla, not happening. So the they go and get an f-150 05 model, that looked like a pack rats just moved out.Hell i was scared to sit in it. It was FILTHY!!!!! Well the loaner only had 2 days on the permit and it ran out and i still had no truck. So therefore I do believe that Mr. Larry Cloniger has some house cleaning to do. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Cloninger Ford Toyota:
Cloninger let me test drive a car, told me they closed at 9:00 went to return the car at 8:30 they had already closed and locked the doors. My salesman did not wait for me to return. He had my car keys, I had my baby seat in my car and could not get to it. I had to drive home and get the spair keys and left their car locked with the keys in it. They did'nt have much to say the next day. Very Unprofessional staff!!!!! Curtis Leach was the only one I ran across that did apoligize and seemed sympathetic to my experience.
