My Review of Coast Cadillac:
Coast Cadillac's service department will coldly and ruthlessly take advantage of an 84 year old womans lack of knowledge of the mechanical workings of her automobile. They told her that her 7 year old El Dorado with only 17000 miles on it had a rear main seal "leaking" and that it was "dangerous" to continue driving without this being repaired. After the $2600 repair had been paid for, her son inspected the garage floor where the car had been parked for years. There was not a single drop of oil anywhere. The service manager Harris refused to appologize or make any attempt to rectify this obvious abuse.
