Frank Sanchez and Tyrone Dorsey went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate their efforts to get me what i wanted as well as their patience and professionalism. I have always dreaded the car buying process but they actually made it painless and made me feel like a friend. I will defintely come back to coconut creek hyundai and deal with them again when I am ready for another car and have told others to go there if they wanted to be treated right.

JD was an answer to my prayers! He was incredible--I walked in without any idea what I wanted and he took such great and patient time with me, I am still in awe. From walking me around to show the sea of cars all the way down to sitting with me while I awaited approval and talking me through the laundry list of questions I had, he was phenomenal. I had an amazing experience here, I would definately recommend Coconut Creek Hyundai to any friends or family in search of a vehicle. Edeline was very efficient and helped me tremendously. I received extraordinary Customer Service from Michael Colon and Erik Godston. In writing to their boss, Stan Anders, I knew I was not telling him something he didn't already know. But when great service and considerable professionalism, from both of these men come together, it bears repeating. I was anxious to explore the possibility of a buy out from a program undersigned by Stan Anders. When I called I was put through to a Michael Colon. Immediately he conveyed a can-do attitude, a willingness to listen and a promise to do his best...and was charming as well. When I met with him a few days later, he was all that and more. On top of his game, he went through the steps expeditiously and meticulously. I t was a thoroughly enjoyable, rewarding experience and I love my new car. So much so, that after speaking with my sister, she will be in this next week to do the same.

Of course before turning the key, I had the pleasure of having all my paperwork handled by the ever capable, extremely polite and detail focused Erik Godston. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything in a personable and understandable way.

These two extraordinary men helped put a best foot forward for this dealership. A completely satisfied customer, I thank you all... I love my car.

My Dad says the worst thing he fears is buying or leasing a new car. There is so much lack of knowledge misinformation and untruthfulness dealing with car salesman so I negotiate all his deals for him. Mark was an angel. He is not like the usual salesmen he is better. Only reason I bought the car was because of him. I had another deal with Kia fort Myers but I opted for you guys. Give mark a raise. He deserves it.

Much to my dismay, I was told by my mechanic it was time to put my 1999 Honda Accord to rest. With 151,000+ miles on her, he told me she was tired!!!!! Needless to say I was sad and terrified to have a car payment! From the minute I walked into the dI ealership and was introduced to Mark Fine, I was treated like a long time friend. The process of buying my Hyundai Elantra was easy, no pressure, we went for a ride in two different cars, and there wasn't anything that Mark wouldn't do to make me feel comfortable.
