I received extraordinary Customer Service from Michael Colon and Erik Godston. In writing to their boss, Stan Anders, I knew I was not telling him something he didn't already know. But when great service and considerable professionalism, from both of these men come together, it bears repeating. I was anxious to explore the possibility of a buy out from a program undersigned by Stan Anders. When I called I was put through to a Michael Colon. Immediately he conveyed a can-do attitude, a willingness to listen and a promise to do his best...and was charming as well. When I met with him a few days later, he was all that and more. On top of his game, he went through the steps expeditiously and meticulously. I t was a thoroughly enjoyable, rewarding experience and I love my new car. So much so, that after speaking with my sister, she will be in this next week to do the same.
Of course before turning the key, I had the pleasure of having all my paperwork handled by the ever capable, extremely polite and detail focused Erik Godston. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything in a personable and understandable way.
These two extraordinary men helped put a best foot forward for this dealership. A completely satisfied customer, I thank you all... I love my car.
