John and Michael were great to work with!!! We will definitely refer friends and family to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues... Thank you both for all of your help, and for putting up with us so late at night!!!!! We came in looking at a lower class of vehicle and left with one much nicer.. Thanks for making it happen!!!

My Review of Coggin Nissan of The Avenues:
Coggin Nissan at the Avenues is a great dealership. Very friendly and eager to please the customer. Everyone from the sales dept. to the service dept.! Ben Stadler, New Car Director, was easy to talk to and work with. This is our second Nissan we have purchased with the help of Karen Fitts. She is easy and fun to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. We will return here to look for Karen when we are ready for another Nissan.

We were looking for a small second car and the Nissan Versa we purchased from Irvin at Coggin Nissan was the best deal all around. Irvin didn't waste our time and gave us a terrific deal!!! He, along with Ben, were truly exceptional!! We told them exactly what we wanted and didn't want, and they came through for us! We highly recommend going to see Irvin at Coggin Nissan if you are looking for a car. He will come through for you and make it worth your time!!

I have been a satisfied customer since 2006 and I love working with everyone at this dealership from sales to service. The sales department is very helpful in finding you the "right" vehicle and getting you what you want. The service department is awesome and always gets the job done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family any time.

My Review of Coggin Nissan of The Avenues:
4 years ago I was tricked into a lease under false terms at this dealership. I found out as it comes time to turn in my lease - that they lied to me since the beginning. Corporate had never heard of the lease terms the dealership had sold me into. Over the phone the dealership promised they would make it right. When I go in person, the attitude was totally different. My husband and I were going to trade our vehicles in to consolidate into one car. Well, the sales person was nice - but he had only 1 vehicle he would put us in. No matter how much we said it wouldn't work for us, they acted like that was the ONLY option available. I was told hours earlier they got 40 used cars in over the weekend - yet they only had 1 vehicle that was around 17,000? When we came back in and spoke to the manager - he told us finding a used 4WD Truck/SUV at 17,000 was near impossible. I told him I had seen many online (even on THEIR website), and he pretty much called me a liar and had the arrogance to talk to me like I was an idiot. He said our only option was to buy new. I will NEVER go back to that dealership. I'll take my business down the road.
Also - I think they submit their own reviews because I have no idea how they would have a 4 out of 5 stars...

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy, but was presented with a great product and service. I would recommend both this dealership and Chris to any of my friends.

My Review of Coggin Nissan of The Avenues:
Our whole experience with this dealership has been a wonderful one. I am a person who relates the process of buying a car with being physically tortured for many days. This experience was painless. Our salesman Brent Cox knew more about the vehicle than my husband, which has never happen in the past. He is a very non-stressful warm personality that makes you want to talk to him. My experience with all types of sales people in the past has been a forceful situation and this was not that way at all. We test drove the car and came back to talk numbers and this is where I usually get up after the second " Ok I can go back to my manager and see if he can get you at the number you want" song and dance. We did this about three times and as we all know this has to be done and thats when Mike tried to do whatever it is he thinks he is doing and we still were not OK on the price. This part of the experience was the only time I wanted to get up and leave. He did not need to be a part of the deal. He talked to us as though Brent was not doing his job and he was there to CLOSE THE DEAL. If he would have approached us in the beginning we would have left. After this Ben came over and we talked and took the car home after 20 minutes. This dealership is TOP NOTCH in all aspects that we have dealt with so far and I will definalty recommend Brent to everyone I know that needs a car. You have a great employee and he should be rewarded for his abilities to sell your great product with professionalism and knowledge that surpasses and car buying I have had in the past

Would I recommend this dealership? YES, and I have. Chris DeRosa is a fantastic sales manager to deal with and keep me up to date on the status of delivery of my trucks. All the people in the office were fantastic – and no “high pressure” selling. It’s very refreshing to be able to deal with ethical forthright people who really what to provide you with a solution to your needs.

Allen was the most courteous, friendly salesman I have encountered in the auto sales industry. There was no pressure, and he took the time to show us every detail of the car and walk us through the entire process. After a horrible experience at a local Honda dealership, Allen was truly a breath of fresh air. He seemed truly happy and excited FOR us, being able to get the car I loved at the price I could afford. I will recommend Coggin Nissan and Allen to everyone I know. Thank you for a fantastic experience and a fantastic car!
