My Review of Coggin Toyota/Scion at the Avenues:
Each contact email from Ms. Drabek informed me to make my decision on what make and model package would be tailored to my driving needs. I did not feel pressured to make purchase before I was ready to purchase. I felt Ms. Drabek was respectful towards my timeline and contacted me with updates on different models we discuss on the initial email contact in Febuary 2008. This was a great experience for my first new car purchase.

My Review of Coggin Toyota/Scion at the Avenues:
Much of my transaction was handled via the internet & email as this is the trend among modern consumers and more dealerships should understand that. Being unfamiliar with this company and having never been there before, I was up-front with Tony from the beginning about not wanting the "typical" car dealership experience. Most people are all too familiar with the usual high pressure, low honesty, condescending treatment prevalent in this industry. I let Tony know I wanted none of that and he honored my request throughout the entire process. He was very professional, polite and forthcoming with all details. He always had everything prepared for my visits in advance and did exactly what he said he was going to do, which in today's world is uncommon (unfortunately). He accurately interpreted my responses to his questions and did not pressure me with an attempted "up-sell" or into buying more than I wanted. I cannot speak for other staff at this dealership (although they all seemed polite) but Tony made me a believer in Coggin Toyota and I would highly recommend that anyone considering buying a car here make sure they use Tony. This was my first Toyota and I will be a repeat customer.

You expect car shopping and the purchasing experience to be a hassle, but Tony Tindol @ Coggin Toyota at the Avenues in Jacksonville made it all a pleasure.
Tony was friendly, extremely efficient and had just the right car at the right price for me. He had 90% of the paper work done when I returned to purchase the car.
I had the pleasure of meeting Customer Service Manager, Kathryn Stater. Kathryn is a true professional and really made me feel my business was appreciated.
I am confident I can call Tony or Kathryn if I ever need their help with my new car.
I would HIGHLY recommend giving this dealership a try!
