When we decided to buy a new car, we first went to the Chevy dealer we had always used. They did not help us, and an email sent to them went unanswered. So we went to Cole-Krum. What a difference. Very friendly, treated us very well. We would recommend them to people any time.

I have dealt with Cole Krum Chevy for years now, whether it is buying a new car, or in the service Department, they are a top notch dealership, everyone is very friendly, and you get prompt service.
I was ready to buy a new truck, but wasn't sure what i wanted, so i sat down with Jim, he took the time to price both of them out for me, now i am driving a new Silverado.
Cole Krum has a customer for life with me.

My Review of Cole Krum Chevrolet:
My experience with Cole Century has always been positive, even before I visited for a new vehicle sale. I have had my cars serviced at this location for 3 years now and have always been treated with respect and a sense of urgency.

As for my new vehicle purchase I could not have been more satisfied. I went in for a lease return, and when they did not carry the new vehicle I wanted they had it tracked down within a day and ready for delivery within a few days. The price point was competitive and I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. I mean sure, they let you know about additional warranty options and service plans, but at no point did I feel uncomfortable in negotiation.

I worked with John May and he was Professional and straight forward. John was always available when I needed to contact him and throughout the process I had the feeling that my needs were put at a high priority. He is a great salesman who explains the consumer benefits without exaggerating or bending the facts. I was very pleased with the fact based sale, rather than only focusing on emotional incentives.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and John May as a sales consultant.

My Review of Cole Krum Chevrolet:
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Cole-Krum Chevrolet in Vicksburg, MI. My experience there was a very enjoyable one and I was very pleased with their customer service. My sales agent, Aaron Pearce, was a great person to work with, friendly, super nice, and very knowledgeable in all areas, with answers to all of my questions and concerns. I was very well taken care of and got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Everything went very smoothly and on the day I picked up my new vehicle, another salesperson, Bill, worked with me for about an hour and a half showing me how to operate all the great options my vehicle was equipped with! Thank goodness he did, because I would still be wondering what all the buttons were for...lots of bells and whistles in my new Chevy Tahoe!! He was very patient with me and made sure I felt comfortable operating my vehicle before I left! They even gave me a full tank of gas in my vehicle, which was awesome, since gas is like gold these days! I would like to say Thank you to everyone at Cole-Krum Chevrolet and it was a pleasure doing business there.

My Review of Cole Krum Chevrolet:
I stopped in for service for my chevrolet malibu. Ben couldn't have been more helpful in listening to my concerns on the electronic problem I had been noticing.
I had been to two other dealers and they seemed less than interested in approaching it. Much to my surprise Ben called me after a few minutes and explained to me that it had been corrected at no charge. In waiting Bill Parsons had noted me and struck up a conversation and I will be back for further service and future auto purchase from this dealer.
