I worked really hard to buy a pickup truck. I went to several dealers, and they all told me I could not get credit or had to pay a high interest rate. Colonial Ford worked with me, took all my information, and with my down payment got me credit to buy a Dodge Pickup. They treated me with respect, where other dealers blew me off. It was a great experience.

I have been looking online for a month for a reliable, affordable car. I commute to Boston, and wanted something with good mileage and high reliability. I need this car to last me 100,000 miles. I can only afford a used one, and there was a Subaru that fit my mileage and price outlines. I called into Colonial Ford, and talked to WInston. I made an appointment and went in, worked with Winston who turned me over to my salesman, Chris, and we test drove the car. The car was as promised, and we negotiated a price and I bought it. It was all very straightforward, the way it should be.

I had very a very good experience at Colonial Ford buying my 2014 Mustang.
Corey Hines made feel very at ease on the test drive and later with the deal.
Sean that day and Shane the next day showed me much respect also.
I would buy again at Colonial Ford in the future.

I wanted a New Ford Edge with very specific options. I could not find an Edge with what I wanted. Other dealers kept trying to sell me what was on the lot. I was in no hurry, but they kept trying to sell me an Edge with options I did not want. I called Colonial and talked to a salesman, Chris Crowell. He listened to me and suggested that I order a car, and get exactly what I want. We did it all over the phone and by E-mail. I only had to make one trip to the dealership to do paperwork. Chris was selling another car when I arrived, and the General Manager, Sean McCarthy, took time with me and explained everything while I waited for Chris. It was a great experience, and I have a new Ford Edge Limited in brilliant white. I think this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest.

Excited to pick up my New Ford Fusion, I was extremely disappointed in the exterior condition of the car as it was extremely dirty. When ask if this was the condition new cars are deliver to customer, the manager ask if I wanted him to hose it off. My expectation was that the manager would have offer to have the car washed and dry and would have it right out to me. Needless to say I will not be taking the car there for service.

I have had a Ford Focus since 08 and I love it. My daughter needed a car for college, and I needed a new Focus. I went ihto Colonial Ford at 8.45 in the mrning, and at 10 AM I had a new Focus picked out, I had a test drive and agreed on a price. I picke dit up with new plates on it Tuesday morning. I did my looking on the Colonial Ford website, and the Ford website, and it made it very clear as to what I wanted in my Focus. Colonial, and Chris, got me clear information to decide on. This was really important to me, as I have 3 kids and this was my one day off. I did not have ten days to devote to buying a car and car shopping. When my husband replaces his Fusion this summer we will go back to Colonial Ford.
