I traveled from Stafford VA. because of the great deal on the Toyota Highlander at Colonial Honda of Richmond. Jimmy Monger went above and beyond my expectations...I highly recommend the Jimmy dealership. The staff went out of their way, even staying to closing, to make sure I didn't have to make two trips. I traded in my old car, purchased my "new to me vehicle" and drove it home within hours. Thanks to Jimmy, Mike and the rest of the staff for making this a great car buying experience. Next time I'm in the market I will be talking to Jimmy first.

I filled out a web inquiry about a Honda Fit and received information back from three dealers. Colonial Honda stood out strikingly from all the rest. Jimmy Monger made me feel like he was talking to me as a person - not just as a potential sale - and he listened to what I wanted. He was prompt with feedback and very polite and helpful. I never felt pressured. Instead, he made me want to visit the showroom and see the car he had found for me. When I went to test drive it, I was not planning to buy that day. But Jimmy made the process so easy and pleasant, I really did not want to leave there with my old car. It seemed so dowdy compared to my new one. I wanted to drive away with my beautiful, new silver Honda Fit and ended up doing just that.

One other thing - I brought my dog with me to visit Colonial Honda and she was treated like an honored guest. She had a great time and so did I.

I am retiring soon and had been looking for a new Honda Civic. Richard Miller was able to match an online quote that I had from an out of state Honda dealer and they even offered an extended powertrain warranty............so it was an easy choice. I have to say that the entire experience was so easy and I felt confident that I had made the right decision. I had studies dealership ratings and knew that Colonial was one of the highest ranked Honda dealerships in our area. Thank you for making it such an easy experience. We had the best car buying experience from Randleman, NC which is 3.5 hours away. JIMMY MONGER returned all calls, texts and e-mails in a timely manner and was honest about every question that was asked. We were greeted by everyone upon arrival. The 2006 Jeep was everything he described. The financing went smooth and quick. I recommend Colonial Honda to anyone driving long distance, please know you have their trust and honesty. I will definately purchase from them again. After the sale, I received a follow up call and e-mail to make certain we were satisfied. They truly care about their business and reputation. I can not thank this dealership enough for a no hassle experience.

Requested a price quote online for a 2013 Civic EX
Took 2 days for a response and even then was only supplied with store hours
Never addressed any of my original questions about a Civic EX

I sent the SAME request to West Broad Honda and received a price quote within minutes!
The salesperson was VERY responsive and interested in doing business with me
needless to say I now own a 2013 Honda Civic EX from West Broad Honda!

I've bought several cars via internet sales and never been snubbed before
If you're an internet buyer like me I'd skip Colonial Honda

We have been car shopping and rated Colonial Honda so high because they were not pushy! Everyone there was friendly and explained what we needed explained. Some other dealerships got to pushy so we just would not even consider there cars.

I do not like negotiating a price for a new car and wish I did not have to go thru that; however my wife and I were very pleased with the sales person, Gordon Winfield, who work with us on buying the new Honda CR-V.
