My Review of Colonial Subaru:
They say they are a family company but they only care about there family i bought an 06 toyota rav 4 and 3 weeks later the transmission was having problems so i try to have them do something for me and they wont do anything they made me do all the work for getting the waranty company to come look at it and now i am paying out of pocket for a rent a car because they would not cover anything and also am paying a car payment on a vehicle to be in a shop for a 1/4 of the time ive owned it i am recently married with a 3 month old daughter and they dont care what happens with me and the car that doesnt sound like a family buisness. i reccomend anyone looking into a new or used vehicle go somewheres else

My Review of Colonial Subaru:
The dealership was very accomodating. Tom O'Conner III replied to my email query for a price right away and we had a deal within an hour. I traveled 50 miles to buy from Colonial bvecause they beat my local dealer's price by $500 and didn't play games.

My Review of Colonial Subaru:
I've purchased many brand new cars, but this was my first pre-owned vehicle purchase. This was, by far, my best purchasing experience. I did extensive research online (found this car on Autotrader.com) and then called the dealership for assistance. By the luck of the draw I got Pat as my salesman. I traveled 85 miles (one way) from home to view and later purchase this car. I am 100% satisfied with this sale. The vehicle is everything I hoped it would be and the condition is superb. It was a win-win situation for me and the dealership--they still made money and I got a terrific deal. Remember, I've done extensive research so I KNOW that I got a fabulous deal! I will be back to purchase another Subaru in 3 years from Patrick. I wish other car salesmen would take lessons from him!

In addition, everything that I was told about the car's previous owner was accurate. Imagine it: a dealership that doesn't lie just to sell a car! Very refreshing! I recommend this dealership-especially Patrick Pillsworth-very highly. Great job making the customer satisfied.
