My Review Of Colonial Toyota:
Overall horrible experience. I went in to ask about a college discount that Toyota is currently offering for college graduates who earned an Associate/Bachelor's Degree during the last 2 years or that will graduate within 6 months. Well, somehow the salesman tells the manager of my inquiry and the manager manages to print a fixed paper saying that I must have graduated from a 4-yr school (currently have a bachelor's degree) during the last six months. Unfortunately, I did not have the papers from the Toyota website handy. I knew I was right because I had done my research days before walking into dealerships. On top of that, I walked to the lot to test drive the vehicle before all this mess and inform the salesman that I was interested in the black color noticing 2 models in stock. He replies that he does not have black in stock, rather he suggests to get the "equipped model" which was around 3-4K more in order to get the black color choice. He then takes me to a test drive while pushing me into buying the car in a color I don't want. In summary, I was treated like a liar, felt disrespected as a human being. Those salesmen are not friendly. They fake it and greet only those customers with "big cash". Greeters bat the front treated me better than those called "managers". For better or worst, I went to another Toyota dealership ready to fight this time and brought the papers from Toyota . There was no need to fight. They did not find a single reason why I would not qualify to get the college rebate ($1000), therefore offering me the discount + better price + free-extended warranty + free oil-changes, etc. and it goes on. Would not recommend Colonial to any one I currently know or happen to meet.
