My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
I am so glad I bought my VW from Commonwealth! I shopped around online and nobody gave me the time of day. Then, I went to Commonwealth's website and was helped by the sales person Greg. This sales guy was really nice and answered all my questions. He worked with me via email and with my busy schedule it was so easy to find the car I wanted and make the deal! Go to these guys online if you want to buy a Volkswagen in the Orange County area, they were Great!

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
Knowledgeable in Audi product, honest in their sales and finance and I experienced fantastic customer service at Commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana Auto Mall.
The dealership might not look new to you but the prices and customer service you receive are unbeatable. I leased my Audi from Commonwealth and dealt with a wonderful sales person and finance manager. The transaction was straightforwad and fast. They answered all my questions and did not play games when it came to financing the car. I walked out with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you Commonwealth Audi for treating me fairly. You have a customer for Life from Laguna Niguel.
I highly recommend buying your Audi from Commonwealth Audi:-)

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
Maybe this is a new commonwealth audi/volkswagon? I have received outstanding customer service and maintanance on my vehicle. I have received a FREE loaner car every time I have to leave my car longer than a day, Try that with Mckenna Audi/Volks.
The thing I liked most about an instance I had with them is when I took my car for service, 30,000 miles, I had to leave my car overnight. They called me the next day, I missed the call and didn't get around to hearing the message until a day later, however the rep told me not to worry because I wouldn't be charged extra for having the rental an extra day. That right there folks is excellent customer service and a place I will keep servicing and probably buy a new car from..
I have this was useful.
P.S. I have an '06 Audi A4

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
I took my 2007 VW Passat (which I leased) here for service and they really treated me well! I had to get the 5k service according to my light, so I drove in and they set an appointment for the next day! They also noticed that my Air Bag light was on and informed me that was a mandatory repair and it would be covered under the manufactures warranty. They even offered me a loaner car for a few days. How cool was that? Anyway, I was pleased with the service reps and they seemed busy, but took care of my car. I would definitely recommend them!

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
Poor service, over-priced and mistake prone. You are better off letting your 5 year old work on your car.

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
This dealer gives you the appearance that they care and do a good job but based on many visits, there is more than meets the eye. The service writers never returns phone calls even if you leave multiple voicemails. They are never available when you call so there is not much choice. The mechanics can do a reasonable job but are always pressed for time and must be under the gun to finish a job quickly and move on to the next. I've had zip ties (holding certain wires) that were installed by Audi during manufacturing that were cut during service work but were never returned back to factory condition. I'm the original owner of this Audi and it has never been to any other service shops except at Commonwealth. I found out about this years later when I had the car up on jack stands when I was doning some minor work. This allowed the wires to dangle freely and fortunately, nothing broke. I just installed the zip ties myself but this is not confidence inspiring work.
To get any warranty work done, be sure you know the mechanic personally and be knowledgable on what is being worked on.This may be asking a lot and not everyone can have this knowledge but its the only way you can ask the right questions and not get taken for a ride. Investigate other dealers as you may get better results - YMMV.
For non-warranty work, avoid them as there are much better independent service centers around and those shops don't have to support the dead weight of overhead.

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
no one seems helpful. everyone seems like they are in a bad mood. I understand that work is hard but when you go and everyone acts unprofessional and unhelpful it makes you feel uneasy and scared to leave your car there. i took my car in and you guys didnt even fix what was wrong with my car(audi dealership). the service is horrible along with the customer service. i have not recommended any of my friends to go buy a car there.

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
I researched and test drove various upscale sedans for weeks. I came across many cars at non-franchise used car dealers with damage not disclosed, and even some at smaller franchised dealers. I dealt with private parties overstating the condition of their cars. I saw various dealers overpricing their used cars. I then visited a dealership and test drove a used car priced at $14K that (no kidding) had the CHECK ENGINE light on, and had an inoperable passenger side window! ThI left that dealership and then saw a great used upscale sedan at Commonwealth VW. It was one of Commonwealth's brands, but John, the salesperson was nevertheless pretty knowledgable about it. The car was in amazing shape with low miles, and was, are you ready-- fairly priced. Mark and John were up front about everything. I think I got a fair deal and would recommend these folks.

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
I loved the service experience I had here! They were very friendly, knowledgeable/ready to help, got everything taken care of that I needed, cleaned a VERY dirty car very well, and even paid for the loaner the first day though that is not their policy. I did have to call to check on the status of my car the next day, but it was getting washed so I assume I would have gotten a call soon thereafter. When I went to pick up my car, the lady in the service department was extremely friendly and apologized for having to wait 5-10 minutes to talk to her, and the cashiers were nice also. This was the best experience I had of all 3 dealers I've been to for service on my Audi.

My Review of Commonwealth Audi-VW:
It was my first and only time at Commonwealth and I waited 2 hours for my car to get an oil change, even though I had an appointment, and no one was helpful or friendly when I asked about my car's status after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I tried to track down my service rep but apparently he had gone to lunch and didn't finish my paperwork. Someone else finished my paperwork for me, led me to the cashier without any apologies for the wait, and left me to find my car somewhere in the back of their parking lot. I will not be back because this is the worst service I have ever had.
